My friend and I had a private tour with guide Tahiry for 8 days.
Soul of madagascar provided an excellent service from start to end. The communication with manager Theresia was very easy, fast and efficiant. We could contact her at anytime and got quick responses. The tour itself was beyond amazing, we visited the best places, met a lot of local people on the way and had a wonderful authentic experience everyday. The guide Tahiry did an amazing job bringing the madagasy culture closer to us. At every location and at any given time we felt very safe and confortable with our guide! The accomodations fully met our satisfaction.
We will be back to discover more of this beautiful country and will absolutely do it again with soul of madagascar!

My wife and I recently completed a once-in-a-lifetime 7-week trip to southern and eastern Africa, including eight days in Madagascar. Theresia helped us create an itinerary within our budget and promptly responded to any questions and requests we had. Our main guide Tahiry, and driver Rakotondamasy, were a lot of fun and helpful throughout the trip. Tahiry in particular saw that we achieved our main goals in Madagascar: to visit Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, to see the baobabs, and to learn about the people of Madagascar (as well as the agriculture and farm animals). The trip included a few short ferry rides which were interesting and enjoyable in themselves. He was knowledgeable about the countryside and gave us good insights into the people and surroundings, including the effects of weather throughout the year. The country and its people are amazing. While each of the several southern and eastern African countries we visited were different, Madagascar was the most different from the others. We highly recommend Soul of Madagascar Tours and Tahiry to anyone wanting to make a trip there.

A 60-year-old woman was on a trip to Madagascar in mid-June with the agency where I am writing this review. I was just going around Nosy be with my faithful friend Rosie. We had a good time in Madagascar where we visit the small villages by the sea, the neighboring island of Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely and the visit of Mont Passot. It was fabulous. My friend and I were really happy with our trips. If God still gives me health, I will surely return to make other escapade. At the next Soul of Madagascar Tours

Couple. A fantastic trip, the organization was impeccable from start to finish. Everything is positive. We were overwhelmed by the view. The guides and drivers were very punctual, the accommodations were carefully chosen. The activities and discoveries are simply beautiful and impeccable. This trip allowed us to discover many aspects of southern Madagascar. The agency is extremely reactive. We want to express our deep gratitude to Theresia for her attentive listening and constant responsiveness.

We highly recommend Soul of Madagascar. Working closely with their office, we were able to build a customized tour to meet our needs. The agency provided fantastic guidance (re: the itinerary, hotels, transportation, timing, etc.) which made the process of figuring out "what to do" less daunting. We had separate guides and drivers for our time in Antananarivo & Andasibe (Eric & Nicholas) and Morondava (Gervos and Ariel) - as we opted for an internal flight to avoid the long, rough roads between the two regions. All the staff we worked with were absolutely amazing. They also all spoke English (and some of them French), and were extremely attentive and accomodating. We also are so thankful for Theresia, who was our main contact at the head office. She was always extremely responsive (even late at night) and always found a solution for us. She and her team always went the extra mile, which made our trip to Madagascar one that we will always remember. Five stars!
