From the first time we meet we had a good impresionat,everything was well planed and according to our specification.the guide in every city was very good ,but the one in Lalibela was super .The company is reliable and trusty.We had some health problem with pur 8 year old son and they help us with everything.we will come back for sure and for sure will ask them to organize everything!! From the moment we arrived to Ethiopia, until the very end of our trip, we felt safe in the hands of Essence Ethiopia Tours and Tsehaynew. Not only did we stayed in the capital, but we also made two excursions, one to Lalibela and the other to the Omo Valley, and everything was organized by Tsehaynew and his tour agency. The most important thing about Tsehaynew is that he listens and will take action if any issue may arise. If we ever going to return to Ethiopia, I will definitely be contacting him again.
