Unforgettable experience with William & Atanas!!!
We summited Kilimanjaro from the 7-day
Lemosho route with William and Atanas as our guides.
I would highly recommend requesting to have these guides (William & Atanas) as they ensured we had a great & safe trip and they were both such gentlemen while doing so.
They were both amazing from start to finish, constantly checking if we were ok, eating/ drinking enough, ensuring we weren't worrying about anything and kept positive throughout the week. They insisted on carrying our bags when we were struggling on summit night. They ensured we had our gear on correctly and helped us with our gear during snack breaks.
We definitely would not have had such an incredible time or summitted without them and their extensive experience on Kilimanjaro.
Their knowledge and passion for the and fauna of Kilimanjaro national park was a lovely bonus. Their humour as well kept us going!
We had Eli as our chef who cooked us amazing meals, making sure we never went hungry & had plenty of energy for the hikes!
We also had Patrick as our waiter & Barrack setting up our toilet, and a great team of 6 more Porters carrying and setting up camp.
The boys always had a smile on their faces and we had a laugh with them as well!
After finishing Kilimanjaro we came back to Moshi and took the team for lunch. This was a major highlight as we were able to enjoy and celebrate our achievement with the team!
Alex from Leken adventure was so responsive on WhatsApp from the time we first enquired to when we left Tanzania. He organised our accommodation in Moshi & Arusha, all of our transfers and a day safari! He was so understanding and helpful. He is running a great local business!

Great journey
We had an amazing experience with Leken adventure.
The guide and staffs were so nice and the food incredible! They lead us to the top pole pole (slowly slowly) but surely and safely. Moreover tasting the Tanzanian cuisine on the top of the mountain make your experience even more enjoyable.
Special mentioned to our guide Athanas, the oldest but strongest
Thanks again

Leken is the company that makes the journey more important than the destination
Our group of 9 friends climbed Uhuru peak at the end of February - beginning of March this year. Our main guide, Aggrey and his team made up of 31 guys have made each of us feel seen, supported, listened to and cared for. Their humanity and professionalism, the incredibly delicious dishes Eli cooked for us every day, their promptness, the things they taught us on our way up, their patience and the advice they gave us were all ingredients of an unforgettable experience. Asante sana, Leken! I'll be back.

Kilimanjaro Machame route
Leken Adventure are the best. Using Aggrey and his team for the second time to climb Kilimanjaro. No complaints at all. By far the kindest and most generous group of guides i have had the pleasure of climbing with. THANK YOU LEKEN.

Our dreams come true with Leken, Florence and his team
Our experience with Leken at every stage of planning and climbing Kilimanjaro was exceptional. Alex, the face of the company, was incredibly helpful during the preparation phase, sending us all the necessary checklists of what to bring and buy, as well as recommending physical exercises. Alex was always quick to respond on WhatsApp, answering all our questions and gladly offering assistance whenever needed.
We were especially fortunate to have our Machame route ascent led by Florence and his team. All seven members of the team were outstanding in their support and willingness to help. They always had our tent ready, the table set, and served food that would have been divine even on flat ground, but in the mountains, it was simply exquisite.
During the summit push, Florence and Ben were with us every step of the way. The guides allowed us to move at our own pace, patiently waiting when necessary, while constantly encouraging and supporting us. The constant sense of care and exceptional service made climbing Kilimanjaro possible under the most comfortable conditions.
The Dream Team will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you, guys!

Great value, friendly and prompt responses; highly recommend
I had an incredible Kilimanjaro and safari tour organized by Leken Adventure. Alex arranged the entire schedule to fit my needs and budget, offering an affordable yet well-planned itinerary. He promptly responded to my emails, both before and during the trip, ensuring everything went smoothly. All the pick-ups were punctual, which made the journey hassle-free.
For the Kilimanjaro trek, I chose the 5-day Marangu Route, guided by Leonard and William along with their professional team. They ensured the trip was safe and showed great patience with my slow pace. Thanks to their support, I successfully reached Uhuru Peak, a truly unforgettable achievement!
During the Arusha city tour, the guide, Elly, was very friendly and knowledgeable about interesting places to visit, making the experience enjoyable.
For the safari tour, Jonas was our guide, and his passion and professionalism stood out. He did his best to search animals and shared extensive knowledge about them. I am fortunate to observe all of the Big Five, which was an absolute highlight.
The itinerary was meticulously planned, and I was especially impressed by the professionalism of the guides, who went above and beyond to make the experience truly memorable. I deeply appreciate Alex for his dedication and effort in ensuring everything went seamlessly. If you're planning a Kilimanjaro trek or a Tanzanian safari, I highly recommend Leken Adventure!

Fabulous!
Thanks to Leken Adventure, we were able to experience a 6-day safari in Tarangire Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Ndutu.
Alex was of great help in organizing this trip and made himself more than available and very professional. He also spoiled us and allowed us to receive great attention from the accommodation we had during our safari for our honeymoon.
Our safari was a fantastic experience and we were amazed by our guide Joachim.
Joachim is passionate and very professional. He never stopped looking at where the animals might be and gave us lots of information. The fact that he speaks French also helped us a lot in understanding the information.
We were lucky enough to be able to observe the Big Five and so many other animals, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, different species of birds, hyenas, warthogs, cheetahs, flamingos and so on. It was breathtaking.
The meals were very good and Joachim always took the time to make sure we were well seated.
We can only be satisfied and have no negative comments to note.
Thank you for being able to give us these unforgettable experiences.

Epic Amazing and best kept secret
I found Leken by fate. I was searching for a local small business to worth with to be able to take my clients on a bucket list adventure to hike kilimanjaro and go on a safari. As a business It's important to use the right vendors. From the beginning Alex was amazing he customized what I wanted and helped provide me all the information I needed. We did the 6 day machame route with 3 day safari. They had a sign waiting for us at JRO airport loaded us up took us to the hotel. It was on us that we were delayed by a day due to flights that they quickly accommodated us to get us on the trail on our initial day. Alex met us at the hotel and introduced us to Amani our head guide and we got our rental gear, loaded up and headed to the gate in like a mini with some guides, our cook sadik and more. At the trail head it was overwhelming the amount of porters and support we had for our group of 8. 1 guide for every two people. William, Leonard, Florence, and Amani. Our total support was 28 people. These guides and team protected us. When we were hurting, tired, feeling like we couldn't do it these guides held us up physically and emotionally. For many of my group these guides were their rocks. We had 2 that had to get off the mountain and the guides took care of them, one of them went so we lost Leonard and Leken got them back to the hotel where our bags were in storage. Our porters and group sang to us to introduce themselves and on our last night. It brought tears to our eyes. The cook Sadik was Magic in the kitchen and Bruce our waiter was so awesome I hope he gets to be a guide. These porters told me they were like family. Many of them exclusively working with Leken only. These guides have been there for many years. Amani has a brother also a guide on another route with Leken. Not every one summited but the 2 that did were taken care of beyond measure the whole time. Amani led the group that had altitude sickness and made sure everyone was OK. You are going slow that is not the guides rule that is the parks rule for safety. This was the most epic experience of my life. Leken then took us to the safari where we had 2 jeeps 6 in each with guides Ayub and Hamza were our guides. They were the safari guides beyond measure. We had to pick up Dixon and the camping gear about two hours in. Yes it is a drive to the Serengeti but we had a fully cooked hot lunch in the muddle of no where it was epic. As soon as we got 3.5 hours in outside the reserve the game drive started. We saw giraffe, zebras, gazelles, elephants and more all before we got into the Serengeti. We camped and at the camp site there was bathrooms with a shower, a kitchen type area for cooks and an enclosed dining area but YES we slept in the wide town with animals. The jeeps were comfortable and had charging stations and we spent hours doing game drives. We did help setting up our own tents with help from the guides but there was more of us than them so we helped. It was epic. These guys stopped to help other guides if they broke down and they shared the animal spotting. Our guides gave us so much history about the serengeti and Tanzania. The food was out of this world Dixon is a chef who loves to cook. He even leg me and my friend help cook and taught us. This was beyond my wildest dreams the most epic adventure. From start to finish Lekem and all the team helped us and made this one of my best trips ever. And on the way back our safari guides took us to shop in local markets.
