Ngorongoro and Serengeti 5 days safari for group of 11
We booked a safari with Erick for our group of 11, made up of three families. Erick did a fantastic job incorporating every detail we requested into the itinerary, including carefully selected lodges and a well-planned safari route. He even went above and beyond by arranging transportation for us in Zanzibar, which was outside of the original booking.
Our safari experience was absolutely incredible—every single person in our group loved it. Our guides, Hillary and Mgonja, who drove our two safari vehicles, were both exceptional. Their deep knowledge of the wildlife and the best locations to spot animals made all the difference.
On our very first day in Lake Manyara National Park, we had elephants parade right next to our vehicles. In the following days, the variety and number of animals we saw in the Ngorongoro Crater was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was witnessing the great migration of wildebeest across the Mara River up close. We also had the rare chance to watch a pack of seven lions prepare for a hunt.
Huge thanks to Hillary and Mgonja for guiding our families through such a remarkable, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Faultless experience and big5!!
Fif tours were fantastic for our safari as a couple. They came to our hotel the day before explained the itinerary and then organised everything including places to stay and food. Our driver Hilary was fantastic, he was so knowledgable and always happy to answer questions about the animals, culture and much more. His truck was really clean and comfortable for the long days and it had a fridge to keep all our food and drinks cool. We a particularly enjoyed our time in ngorogoro where we saw all of the big 5 in one day! We would definitely use FIF again!

A wonderful trip to the Ngorongoro crater
Our one-day safari trip with FIF into the Ngorongoro crater was absolutely lovely. The operator was well organized and professional at all stages, from booking to briefing to the actual safari. Our guide Hillary was excellent, and ensured that we saw all the major animals of the Ngorongoro. He was genuine and knowledgeable, and could describe the scientific names, behavior, and lifecycles of all of the animals that we encountered. In brief, we were NOT disappointed by FIF.

Hillary is very information about East Africa and its wildlife.
When traveling abroad, the best experience is seeing all of the beautiful places without feeling like a tourist. Hillary(Our guide) felt genuine and was extremely easy to talk to. He was extremely knowledgeable (has been guiding for a long time and was an engineer at one point) about the safari and even answered so many of my questions about Tanzania and his experiences in Zimbabwe. Would recommend this company and Hillary to everyone.

Very professional and knowledgeable
This company was very hospitable to us, and was perfectly on time. Hillary was our guide and he was fantastic. He made sure to get us close to of all the animals we wanted to see, and he was always watching for things that we might have missed. He knew all of the history and answers to our questions. The ride was very smooth and the vehicle we were in was quite nice. Towards the end of the safari we had lunch provided at a picnic area by a lake with hippos, which was awesome. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a great safari.

Best tour agent in Tanzania
We spent new years in Serengeti and it was amazing. Eric was so kind and helpful. Our driver/guide—Hillary is the best, he’s really knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed every minute with him.

World-class service, a knowledgeable staff and a caring owner who supported us from start to finish!
From the beginning, Eric answered our many questions and helped configure the perfect experience for our family of five. We had to change our dates several times and he always answered promptly and clearly, confirming the timeline and pricing. They picked us up at the Arusha Airport and the lovely and entertaining Swale (sp?) gave us a walking tour, found us an amazing restaurant and helped out with a broken phone. Words can't describe the deep knowledge and expertise of our driver and guide Hillary -- just an amazing human! He stayed with us for the five days, locating the "Big Five" and answering our many, many questions about the animals, culture and history of the region. He even joined us for a New Year's Eve dinner at the lodge, which was also amazing. We had spacious and comfortable adjoining bungalows for our two-night stay, with excellent food, a dancing troupe, music and Masai guards to escort us after dark. More "above and beyond" service: Eric booked both a hotel and transport to Nairobi for us and even provided a loaner phone for the safari experience. Just an absolutely awesome trip -- we are so grateful to FIF for everything they do!
