Anna went above and beyond- she was not only a professional guide but also deeply knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife and culture. Gerrard our driver was incredibly kind, patient and always made us feel safe and comfortable. We explored Akagera National Park in Rwanda and did Gorilla trekking in Uganda - both were magical experiences that were well organised and seamless from start to finish.
