Well organized and professional
This was a great tour and if I did it again, I would add a couple of more days to relax and enjoy some of the areas.
With any tour, the guide/driver can make or break the entire trip. We were very fortunate to have had Chris, who absolutely made it a great success! He’s very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time.
The only thing I would ask Pamba and other tour operators in Uganda is to get together and see if the authorities can invest some of the entrance fees on road maintenance. In particular, the Bwindi area roads are by far the worst we’ve experienced on over 35 tours and game drives in 12 African countries. It’s to be expected roads will be rough, but the ones in Bwindi far exceed the rest in the “African Massage” experience. For what the park’s entrance fee charges are, they could show a little consideration to their customers and grade the roads once in awhile.

Very reliable, consistent and good service
Pamba tours Uganda offers an insight and grand experience of getting to visit and explore Uganda the pearl of Africa with all it's natural beauty. Sights like the Murchison falls were a marvel never to be forgotten and most certainly makes you want to go back every chance you get. Pamba tours gave me front row seats to get to enjoy safari in Queen Elizabeth National park, the tree climbing lions were a memory not to be forgotten in all their glory. The six day safari had me loving every moment of it, given the professionalism and customer service offered by the tour guide Isaac.

Excellent service
The amazing thing was that your staff acted as though we were the only people in the world and that all their efforts were on our behalf. We were pampered. They were unbelievably caring and helpful. As we moved from place to place, we realized that everyone with Pamba is caring and helpful. We were entertained, instructed, educated, and advanced along the way by the nicest group of guides and drivers that we could ever imagine.

Intelligent, committed and fun person
After going through a rough phase I just wanted to go out in the country side and breath in some fresh air and Pamba tours came through. Affordable, well informed and fun throughout the whole tour and can't wait to do this again with my Gang. 9/10
