A perfectly curated tour with top professional service
We booked a 3 day private Murchison Falls safari tour with a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. From the initial contact with Sylvia to the drop off at the airport by our excellent guide, Abdul Rehman - everything was planned to perfection.
The itinerary was well planned, the lodge was amazing, food was delicious and most importantly our guide, Abdul Rehman was the best. His knowledge was extensive and also you could tell he really prioritised our wellbeing. He just wanted us to have a great experience.
Although we didn’t get to see a leopard but saw the other big 5 and we wouldn’t have seen a lion unless for Abdul Rehman’s determination to show us one.
We visited during October which is start of rainy season and that is why the bushes were quite tall so it wasn’t ideal nonetheless we still had a great experience.
This was my first ever safari trip and this experience makes me want to do it again sooner rather than later! I’d highly recommend these guys if you want to do a safari in Uganda.

Great and fast communication!
I took a 4 day Kibale/Queen Elizabeth tour in Uganda. The service from Mizube tours was great! The driver/guide, Max, was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions (without pressure) to add to my itnerary. Extra effort was made to find animals, ensure that I had a prime spot on a boat or that I was matched with a guide during the Chimpanzee trekking that matched my tempo. Hotels were great with nice rooms and views.
I recommend this company.

Amazing and complete experience
I took a 2-day, 1-night tour to Murchison Falls, including a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Max was a fantastic guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the wildlife. We were fortunate to see all of the Big Five, enjoy unforgettable game drives, and take a stunning boat ride along the Nile up to Murchison Falls. Walking alongside rhinos at Ziwa was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Throughout the trip, everything was handled with great respect for the animals and their natural habitat. Absolutely amazing!
I can warmly recommend this agency. From the very first communication with the owner, Sylivia, who was extremely helpful and flexible—even when we had to change the pick-up location and make other adjustments several times—everything went smoothly. The food was excellent, and we stopped at great restaurants, which we honestly didn’t expect. The accommodation arranged for us was beautiful.
We had booked a safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, and chimpanzee trekking. We saw many animals, and everything exceeded our expectations.

Keep its promises
Nice staff, valuable service, high reliability concerning money matters. The car should be better. The thing I did not like was the communication. I wanted to return to Uganda next year for Moon montain range trekking with this tour company but unfortunately begun the military activities in DRC and I was obliged to potpone my visit. I informed the Mizube Tours about my decision. They did not reply. It's a pity.
