Most importantly, I forgot a hoodie and a shirt in the safari car, and they kindly brought them back to me the same day for just the cost of a local bike delivery. That meant a lot before my flight out of Kenya!
I booked a shared 4D/3N Masai Mara tour with them almost at the last minute. Everything went smoothly and as expected. During the trip, I even arranged to stay an extra day for a small additional fee. They were flexible and open to extensions, which I really appreciated.
The tour itself insode of Masai Mara was as expected.

Linus was an AMAZING driver and guide ensuring that the trip went smoothly and sharing many interesting facts about the animals and Kenya in general. Amazing experience
Trail Tracers was easy to work with in all aspects of the booking process. The safari itself was an amazing experience that we will always remember. Great experience
Highly recommended, the guide provide us an awesome adventure at Nairobi national park, he made his best effort to show us the entire wild life into the park, also we went to the baby elephant nursery and the giraffe center.

As a solo traveller female it was important to feel taken care by. The Camp was good, the food and staff even better and I felt very comfortable all the time , if any doubts I could always reach Monicah and the communication was fluid.
