Had an amazing 7-day safari covering Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell’s Gate & Amboseli! 🐘🦁 Our guide Calvin (24 yrs old) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had the best sightings—including the Big Five and stunning views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Great itinerary, comfy lodges, delicious meals, and unforgettable experiences. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel in Masai Mara - Rhino Tourist Camp were the most uncomfortable to me because of the bed. WiFi only available at the restaurant. In the room no wifi already.
Hotel in Amboseli - AMBOSELI WILDEBEEST CAMP were to excellent choice! I didn’t want to leave!! Superb superb. At night you can see an elephant just beside our camp. At night you can hear lion, hyena roaring. The host said few days before our arrival they see a leopard on a tree near our camp. OMG!! Everything is so exciting.
Tour operator team were very helpful and great hospitality!!

If you are looking for an honest review to make an informed decision on whether to use the service of the Zazu Safari ventures, here is my honest review.
I haven been using the services of this paticularly agency for the last 9 years and I have never been disappointed. The logistics and accommodation arrangements were fantastic, the tour guides were always professional, punctual, and had a great knowledge the parks. Always, responsive and reliable. Joel Mwaniki, who was my contact person is wonderful man with an absolute professionalism and service oriented. ZAZU SAFARI VENTURES deserves my unreserved recommendation. Professional and passionate about the visitor experience. I am very pleased.
The tour started very early. It was such an incredible experience. I had been to the zoo before this experience and so I had some expectations. My expectations were exceeded 😂😂😂. It was interesting to see the tour guide having a network with other tour guide all in a bid to ensure we were at the right place at the right. This is particularly important as this is the wild and you can not tell when some of the biggest animals will be out. Overall I will recommend Zazu for its pricing and attention to customer satisfaction.

No SCAM - Excellent Service - Delivered Exactly What Was Promised
The communication was excellent, the hotels and everything was shared upfront and all details were clearly mentioned. They did not give much discount though but 10/10.
