Unforgettable wildlife and Cultural safari

Tanzania is a wonderful country. I and my friends from spainBa planned safari and booked a 4 days safari and we wanted combination between wildlife and cultural experience. Our friend who had gone safari 3 years ago shared with us Ngao safaris contact and recommended they can organize our trip since they done for them and experience was good. We phoned Ngao and they responded with question which aimed at understanding of what was our needs and safari priorities, timing, what accommodation we needed and foods we prefere. Having explained well to them, they came up with a 4 days safari proposal to visit Tarangire where we saw great animals with so many groups of elephants, Ngorongoro which amazing and cultural experience at mto wa mbu where we did canoeing at lake Manyara, visited banana farms,village rice farms,masai Boma, did biking, some real family life and eat very delicious local food amidst banana farms.This operator exceeded our expectations and we have recommended them to many of our friend. They are good communication and their cost are realistic. We felt taken care and my friends from Spain were very happy and even the accommodation they selected for us called Loray Lake Manyara View lodge is very good in the wild,with many birds and it offers complete safari relaxation. We we finished our safari with great with lifetime memories.

GREAT AND AMAZING FAMILY SAFARI EXPERIENCE
I started communication with Ngao Safari and requested them if they can plan and facilitate safari for me and my children during June Holiday.They sent 3 quotes with different options from 2-6Days covering Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti.My children selected 5 days option as they wanted serengeti to experience migration.We asked Ngao to give us friendly budget but good safari.From communication to pick up and going safari was amazing, the guide Godlove was very friendly, on time always, knowledgeable able parks, animals behaviours and sharp to spot different times we didn’t even expect.The camp in Serengeti, the lodge in Lake Manyara where we stayed was quite good in a very cool and plain environment and during mid night we could hear animals moving around, however we were scared animals but remembering masai guards are around we slept peacefully and enjoyable. It is a very lifetime experience we will never forget. Seeing Migration in Gulumeti river crossing was something still clicks into my children minds and myself. On the last day we visited Ngorongoro which gave us a different perspective about life. We saw masai on the road walking, heading cattles and few meters you meet animals.It has been two months since we finished our safari the memories are with us like we were on safari yesterday.
If we asked by anyone I will recommend Ngao safaris as for them safari experience is what they take it with all energies and professionally.

I wouldn’t recommend this company
1. Guide
Our guide was a very nice person, but honestly, in our experience, he was more like a driver than a guide. He mostly drove and gave us almost no information. he said “giraff”, “elephant” when we saw animals.
As the days went by, the explanation increased a little, but overall I was not satisfied.
and We found it difficult to communicate with him in English. On the first day, we asked Ngao company to change our guide, but he told us to try to communicate better with him.
2. Vehicle
During the safari,
We had to sit in the car for many hours, but our car was almost the only one without a headrest cushion among the 30–40 cars I saw. It was very uncomfortable.
One window could not be opened, so when we took photos, I had to take them through the dirty window. The window stains were also visible in my photos.
Other cars had their own company logo on the back. Our car had another company’s logo, so we wondered if they had rented the car from somewhere else.
3. Food and accommodation
We chose government-run accommodation to save money. However, the breakfast was like the one in the photo.(before)
We paid more than $1,000 for the safari, but we were given a meal like this. After I complained, they improved the breakfast. (after)
The lunch was also almost the same every day.
Was this because we chose a cheaper option? If they had told us that the service would be like this, we would not have booked with this company.
4. They did not understand what we wanted
I booked this safari because I wanted to see the Great Migration.
Before the trip, I was told that we would see the Great Migration on the first day and the Big Five on the second day.
But on the first day, our guide saw about 10 wildebeest and told us this was the Great Migration.
At the end of the day, he told us that the migration was over and that we would see the Big Five the next day.
We were very confused. I explained that we wanted to see hundreds or thousands of wildebeest moving together, not just 10 wildebeest.
Only after I explained this did they change the plan for the second day so we could see the Great migration.
If I had not said anything, I might have finished the whole safari without seeing the Great Migration that I came to see.

I compared several operators and chose this Ngorongoro one-day tour for its best price. They arrived on time, we saw many animals, and they helped spot lions and a rhino. They even returned an item left in the car responsibly. Highly recommended.

They took care of everything from start to finish
I got the contact information of the tour company through a Korean friend’s recommendation. They responded very quickly on WhatsApp, at the fast pace that Korean people usually appreciate, and gave me a generous discount as a “friend’s referral.” They also issued my flight ticket very quickly before the trip. A few hours before my flight, they informed me right away that the departure time had been moved earlier, which allowed me to arrive at the airport on time and catch my flight. Throughout the trip, they kept checking in on me—asking how things were going after every destination and at the end of each day. They followed up every morning and evening, and even on the last day, when my flight schedule changed again, they immediately informed the driver so that I could reach the airport on time. Even after the entire trip was over, they continued to ask how everything went. From the very first contact, through payment, flight arrangements, and the tour itself, until I returned after finishing the trip, they carefully followed up on every step and detail. Thanks to their meticulous care, I was able to travel without any major issues and successfully complete my childhood bucket list dream—going on a Serengeti safari

A professional, friendly, and flawless tour operator.
It was my first safari trip, so I felt both worried and excited, but it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience!

Ngao is diligent, and responsible tour agency
Mr. Kudely is a very professional operator. He cares his customers, engaging actively with them. The price was reasonable. He recommended the tour plan adjusting with our budget.
We went to Serengeti, and Ngorogoro. The guide was very professional. We saw 5 big animals, as the guide did his best to find them. We stayed in the rest house. Accommodation was clean, and food was nice.
I’d like to come back to Ngao for my next safari.

It was a personalized, tailor-made trip from the tour planning to the accommodation.
We had smooth and easy communication with Mr. Kudely via WhatsApp, and he was attentive and supportive throughout from planning the trip to making sure everything went smoothly during the tour. When we asked for a timetable, he provided one without hesitation, and we never felt pressured to add extra options or pay unexpected fees.
We had a special request to be dropped off in Moshi, and they gladly accommodated that without any issue.
The package included water, accommodation, meals, guide fees, and park entrance fees. The accommodation was in a rest house with well-maintained rooms and private bathrooms, electricity and even the local food provided there suited us very well.
But the best part of the experience was our guide, Norbert. He felt more like a friend than a guide. warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about making our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to help us spot all of the Big Five animals, and on the final day, he even took us to a beautiful sunset point to wrap up our safari in the most perfect way.
The safari vehicle was also in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and reliable.
I highly recommend Ngao Safari. they’re professional, thoughtful, and genuinely care about providing a meaningful experience

Ngao Africa was the most friendly and efficient travel group I have ever used. They put together a package for us that was comprehensive and provided an unforgettable, once in a lifetime vacation. We stayed at 5 star resorts and lodges. The service was top notch. The guides and drivers were knowledgable and informative. In whole, the entire trip was a bargain and well worth the price. I can strongly recommend Ngao Africa to anyone looking to see the wonders of the Serengity, Zanzibar, and beyond.
