Best company out there.
Words really can’t describe what an experience I had with kisaza tours on this magical journey.
From start to finish everything was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Steven our first point of contact for booking and arrangements was more than helpful in anyway possible. After finally meeting him in moshi i can assure you he is one of the most genuine and kind hearted people you will ever meet, please find the time to talk to him and discover his life story and the great things this guy is doing for others in this world of ours, he truly deserves every booking possible to continue his dreams of helping other an I for one will be shouting from the roof tops how much they deserve it. (Keep doing what your doing Steven, the world needs more People like you helping others).
On our climb to the roof of Africa the crew that kisaza put together for us were just second to none. They were there every step of the way to encourage and support us in any way they could, and always with a big smile and warm hearts. The energy these guys had from start to finish was something I’ve never experienced before, an energy that never faded or failed to pick us up. We always knew when we were approaching our camp as no other tour company we passed had that positive vibe flooding out from it as we passed. They were always happily chatting and singing, we did joke about having the noisiest crew on the mountain but if it wasn’t for them our trip would have been something completely different. Thanks guys, keep that energy going.
Our guides were 100% perfect at doing their jobs. They knew everything about the mountain and paced us exactly how they needed to get us through every day with the energy left to hit the summit for the perfect sunrise experience. Thanks M.J. And azikio we couldn’t have done it without you.
In short forget the bigger names on the mountain that everyone uses, I walked through Their camps and every time thought to myself I’m so glad I didn’t use them and went with kisaza. The energy and happiness in our camp made it home from home. Please give them the opportunity to do the same for you, you won’t regret it!

An exhilarating once in a life time experience.
Climbing Kilimanjaro was the experience of a life time, the views were amazing and the feeling was exceptional, with kisaza tours it was easy for a novice mountaineer to complete this accomplishment.From the incredible food provided, top guides with flawless English, porters who carried gear and made you laugh and smile along the way to the smaller amenities like wash facilities and toilet options.Truly a super compliant made up of brillant crew,could not recommend kisaza enough!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Kisaza Tours from start to finish. Communication before the trip was excellent. Steven was always in contact, answering emails quickly and putting us completely at ease by responding to every concern and question we had.
Once on the trip, the whole team exceeded our expectations. Our fantastic guides Juma and Fadhili, along with the incredible cook, waiter, and porters, looked after us so well every step of the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and constant encouragement made the journey truly special and unforgettable.
The team spirit was inspiring — one dream, one team — and the positive energy stayed with us throughout the adventure. Hakuna Matata really sums up the experience!

Fantastic hike on my 50th Birthday with Kisaza via 7 days Lemoscho
We did the Lemoscho 7 days to my 50th birthday and celebrated my birthday on the tip of the mountain. Steven and his team did all necessary to make this happen and I even got unexpected a cake on the mountain tip. We had the best crew ever. All motivated and supportive and funny all the time. Nico the cook did an amazing job. We got all times best cuisines and fresh fruits. Michal the chief guide took care of our speed and said “pole pole” if we ran to fast. This is to make sure you get the best acclimatization you can get to succeed the hike. From the pick up by the airport until the return we had the best time ever. We also booked at Kisaza the 2 days Safari after the hike with best recommendation.

I recently completed the 7-day Lemosho trek with Kisaza, and it was an incredible experience. Our guide, Frank, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the journey. He made sure everyone in the group felt safe and comfortable, and he shared so much insight about the mountain and its surroundings. The food on the trek was surprisingly delicious, with hearty meals like pasta, pancakes, chicken, and tasty soups that kept us energized every day. I was especially impressed by how well the meals were prepared despite being on the mountain. The porters were absolutely amazing—so fast in setting up the tents and always ready to help when needed. Their hard work and positive attitude made the trek feel smooth and enjoyable. The team as a whole was incredibly supportive and uplifting, which made the challenging parts of the trek much easier. Reaching each camp felt like coming home because everything was already organized for us. Overall, Kisaza provided a fantastic trekking experience, and I would highly recommend them for anyone planning to climb Kilimanjaro.

Most incredible trip of my life
This was, without question, one of the best experiences of my life. All of it due to Kisaza tours. We did the 6 day trek with the summit on the 5th day. It was hard, no question but the guides got everyone there safe and sound without any issues at all and timed it perfectly to sunrise. The porters were unbelievable and worked so hard but always had a smile on their face; they went above and beyond. Every part of the trip was completely taken care of without issues by Kisaza. I could not recommend them more. This is a must do trip.

Incredible team!!
From start to finish, our 6-day trek on the Machame Route to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro was nothing short of incredible, and that is all thanks to the amazing team that guided us every step of the way.
The service was absolutely top-tier — everything was organized down to the smallest detail, allowing us to focus entirely on the journey. The guides were knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure we were safe, well-informed, and motivated. Their deep understanding of the mountain, its terrain, and its challenges was invaluable and helped us all feel confident and prepared, especially on summit day.
What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the spirit and kindness of the entire crew. From te guides to the porters and cooks, everyone was full of warmth, humor, and encouragement. They treated us like family, and their positive energy was contagious — no matter how tough the climb got, they kept us smiling and pushing forward.

We did the 6 day machame route Mount Kilimanjaro. We came as a group of six and another couple joined us to make eight. All eight of us reached the summit. Could not have done it without the help of the guys at kisaza tours. The entire experience was amazing. They made sure that everything ran smoothly through the entire process. The guides and porters worked tirelessly while we were on the mountain. They made sure we were prepared for every day. Cannot recommend using this company enough. They will get you to the top.

Choose Kizasa!
We just completed our 8 day lemosho route up Kilimanjaro with Kisaza tours. With a limited idea of what to expect, I was blown away by the professionalism and positivity of the team. We chose Kisaza based on the price and the reviews and we were not disappointed.
Having had my bag lost at Dar es Salaam airport, Steven (Kizasa operator) was able to replace all my gear with little notice and at a reasonable price.
My friend and I did the climb as a pair with a team of porters, cook and two guides Micheal and Ezekiely. We felt safe throughout the ascent as our guides were very clear on comms, motivational and professional. Not to mention very funny and knowledgeable - I will always remember my Masai name!
We were taken by surprise by the service we received, with everything accounted for and a really diverse range of meals to restaurant standard. You could also tell the team of porters were really hard working and very organised.
You won’t regret choosing Kisaza!

It was a great professional experience.
We did the Kilimanjaro and a safari. You could see that they had a lot of experience. Everthing was planned properly, we had al of the information beforehand wich was practical. It went as good as we expected. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. You get what you pay for, a wonderfull experience.
