A truly unique experience
Sayiaton was an amazing guide. On our first safari day, we only had about two hours in the afternoon, but thanks to him we still managed to see so much! We saw a leopard, two male lions, two lionesses with cubs, and of course giraffes, wildebeest, gazelles, and plenty more.
On the second day, we had some incredible sightings, including a leopard eating its prey up in a tree, a hippo kill, and much more. We even got to see a cheetah! Sayiaton also tracked a rhino for us, but unfortunately it disappeared into hiding before we could get there.
Of course, wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, but Sayiaton always kept an ear on the radio and moved quickly whenever he heard about something happening nearby, giving us the best possible chance of seeing it.
On top of all that, he was always energetic, positive, and brought such a great vibe to the group. We enjoyed our safari so much with him, and everyone in the group agreed that he made the experience truly incredible.

Amazing service and outstanding Safari experience!
We joined the 3-day Masai Mara Safari tour. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations and delays, we were unable to arrive on our originally scheduled start date. However, Monicah consistently followed up on our situation and went above and beyond to make sure we could still join the tour. She adjusted the arrangements multiple times on our behalf and provided exceptional support and customer service throughout the process. We are truly grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you so much!
James was also the best guide we could have asked for. Even though we arrived late because of the flight delays, he welcomed us warmly and made sure everyone in the group, and sometimes even guests from other tours, was taken care of.
Thanks to his constant communication with other guides and his excellent judgment, we were able to see the Big Five multiple times and even witness predator-prey interactions. He always positioned the vehicle thoughtfully so that everyone could get the best possible photos and viewing opportunities.
Without a doubt, James provided us with the ultimate safari experience. We could not have asked for a better guide. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

I had an amazing trip.
I am a 70-year-old Japanese woman, and this was a very special trip to Kenya with my daughter.
Unfortunately, our flight from Abu Dhabi to Nairobi was canceled because of the airport strike in Kenya, and we were stranded in Abu Dhabi. We were very worried that we would not be able to make it to our long-awaited safari.
My daughter kept Monica, who was in charge of our tour, informed about our situation. Since I do not speak English, I left everything to my daughter. Even though it was late at night in Kenya, Monica continued to communicate with us and did everything she could to help us.
At 2:00 a.m. on the day of the safari, we finally managed to get another flight. We were supposed to arrive in Nairobi at 6:10 a.m., but once again, our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. I was almost ready to give up on the safari.
Then Monica kindly said, “Don’t worry. You can still go on the safari,” and waited another hour and a half for us. Thanks to her kindness and understanding, we were able to join the safari.
At my age, I had gathered the courage to take on this adventure, and I was so afraid that the whole trip would be ruined. But Monica and everyone else on the tour welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Not a single person complained about the delay or made us feel uncomfortable.
Safari tours usually start early in the morning because that is the best time to see many animals. Even though we arrived late and had lost precious time, everyone was incredibly understanding and welcoming.
I am truly grateful to Monica, everyone who was with us on the safari, and especially our wonderful guide, James.
James, thank you so much for taking care of us. You are such a kind, caring, and wonderful guide. We will never forget your kindness.
What started as an unbelievable series of unfortunate events turned into one of the most memorable experiences of my life, thanks to the kindness of the people of Kenya.

Excellent service, life changing experience.
From organization to the real drive, the experience was very smooth. Monicah knows her job and she did her best in planning and organization. Our driver Cephas Sandala was excellent. He made sure that we had the best view of wildlife and searched for the great five with a lot of determination and resilience. He also acted as a great tour guide by explaining about wildlife and answered all our questions. Overall experience was very satisfying and memorable.

Very professional and friendly
Monicah helped us a lot deciding which package to get and she was always available to solve our doubts. Papa John was our driver and he answered all our questions about the reserve and animals, gave us interesting information and was always on schedule. Super friendly and nice people, both of them.
We were lucky to see the big five (only spots of a leopard, but counts the same) and the great migration. Such an amazing experience!
We opted for mid-range accommodation. Worth the extra money, specially Lake Nakuru Lodge. Beautiful place inside the reserve with great food. If you have the money, you should go for mid-range accommodation.
We can not recommend Trail Tracers enough.
PS: only little bad thing was the food at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. The food was good but they don't keep food trays warm, so everything ends up cold the time you eat it.

Amazing Safari
