I would describe the operator, Gilbert, was accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional.

Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took care to make sure we were happy.

Unforgettable experience
It was an incredible experience, accompanied by a highly recommended Spanish-speaking guide and driver. We managed to see all the animals and much more. The accommodations were super comfortable.

From the moment we set off, Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris delivered an experience beyond expectations: the guides were expert, the logistics seamless, and the scenes of wildlife absolutely breathtaking — we watched lions lounging under acacia trees, giraffes browsing treetops, zebras racing across plains, mischievous monkeys in the forest canopy, and even gorillas during an unforgettable trek. The scenery shifted from golden savanna to lush woodlands, and every sunrise and sunset felt like its own spectacle. Accommodations were comfortable, meals satisfying, and the whole journey felt safe yet full of thrilling surprises. Highly recommended for any true adventurer.

An amazing safari with Serengeti unforgettable safaris
Our trip with Serengeti Serengeti Unforgettable safaris to Ngorongoro we will never forget. We were lucky to see all big five.
More thank you to our guide Mr. kisali. He knows so much about the animals and nature, always showed us the best spots, and shared so much interesting information. We were also happy with the food: the hotels always offered a good selection, and the lunch boxes during the safari were surprisingly good.
The whole trip was perfectly organized. Even the Organization and communication with the office was perfect. We can highly recommend this safari amazing experiences, great organization, and with Mr. Kisali as our guide it was a truly special adventure!

Our tour operator was incredible!
We just returned from a 2-day safari from Zanzibar to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris, and the experience was truly amazing! From start to finish, the service and attention to detail were outstanding.
Our trip was custom-designed, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Mr. Julius, along with the assistance of Edward, were absolutely excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about making our experience unforgettable. The accommodations arranged for us were also wonderful.
During our safari, we were fortunate to see an incredible variety of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, gazelles, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, tope, eagles, hyenas, dik-dik, wart hogs, the beautiful lilac-breasted carola, helmeted guinea fowl, and so much more. Each moment was breathtaking, and we felt like we were living a dream.
We cannot recommend Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris enough! If you’re considering a safari, this is the company to choose—they made our journey seamless, exciting, and truly unforgettable.
