Amazing tour! Danakil, Abuna Yemata Guh and Axum.
This was an incredible tour! The tour guide Haile (Hailemeskel) is a true professional. He took exceptional care of me, he made sure everything was fine, he was there for any needs question or concerns. He truly went above and beyond which makes a trip like this a joy to be on.
We started off travelling to the volcano Erte Ale, which is an experience, you sleep under the stars to the sounds of jackals, you can clearly see the Milkyway (there are no lights or any structures at the camp). Then off to the Assale Salt Lake for sunrise and a walk around the colourful geological features. Next up was a trip to the church Abuna Yemata Guh which is not for the faint of heart but hugely rewarding and the guides are with you every step of the way. Finally amazing archeology and colourful churches in Axum.
All meals were provided, accommodation was always comfortable, we had good cars and drivers and Haile made sure I could always get a local beer when I wanted one. We also had a couple of fun evenings out.
Great service, incredible value for money and safety always a priority.
When I return to Ethiopia for my next adventure it will be with Haile, Finot Tour Ethiopia.

Kindness and organization
Everything went smoothly. From the pick up at the airport, to the hotels, the cars, the food, etc.
The spots also were magnificent.
Everybody was attentive to my needs.

Finot Tour Ethiopia went above and beyond turning my trip into an unforgettable experience.
Thank you, Haile and Lamu, for an incredible tour. Haile was quick to respond to my emails beforehand with any queries I had. He continued to communicate with me providing me the best value for money and to adjust my tour accordingly. Traveling solo through South Omo, the Bale Mountains, and Lalibela was amazing, and Haile’s detailed planning and adjustments according to the weather and safety concerns made it even better. The special touch of witnessing a bull jumping was one of the highlights. When I fell ill, both Lamu and Haile took great care of me, which was incredibly comforting. The surprise birthday cake and music on the mountains in Bale were truly memorable. Your extra efforts made the trip extraordinary, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment thanks to Finot Tours!

Amazing people
Due to a terrible mix-up and unbelievably useless immigration officers at the airport, we had to cancel our holiday to Ethiopia, but I'm writing this review because I was impressed with Hailemeskel from Finot Tours' support and patience during our planning process.
There was a lot of back and forth from our end before we finally agreed on an itinerary, but
Hailemeskel was more than accommodating, he was quick to respond and helped answer many questions I had.
And he put together an itinerary that included all the hot spots we wanted to see. We were super excited to visit this amazing country.
And when we arrived in Ethiopia, he waited for such a long time to pick us up, as we tried to get our visa issue sorted. He was more than understanding when things unfortunately transpired as they did and we had no choice, but to cancel our trip in the last second!
He was the only friendly voice that was comforting while our first impression of the country turned out to be less than satisfactory.
We are not sure we will attempt to visit Ethiopia again after the way we were treated at the airport, but if we ever did and to anyone who doesn't have to go through the hassle of getting a visa online, can't recommend anyone better to explore Ethiopia with, than Finot Tours.

Very reliable, experienced, friendly, customerorientated - excellent tourguide to explore Ethiopia.
Our tour preferences were very well combined, we received a very detailed tour description for the 4 weeks in advance, which then also took place as planned, with a fair value of money . The communication was perfect. Flights, hotels, visits to attractions, entrances, and transportation were very well organized and coordinated. Our tour guide Haile was very friendly, absolutely reliable, and trustworthy. On-site, he has a good network, the local guides, and drivers were also always very good. Our safety was Haile's top priority. We can wholeheartedly recommend Finot Tours Ethiopia.

One of the best experiences in Africa ever
Great experience! My wife and me did a 13-day long tour of Harar, Bale mountain an Omo valley and considering the very high quality of both the guides and the tour itself we felt we got our money's worth. Hailemeskel of Finot Tour Ethiopia has specially for us developed great tour itinerary!
We have a good 4WD car and accommodation in nice hotels and lodges. Our main guide and driver Lmuel, was fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and has a very nice attitude towards guests! We discussed various aspects of life and nature in Ethiopia and we began to feel him as a friend.
Both gentlemen were very kind and nice and they made our experience so wonderful. So it really feels like we made friends and it made us feel as if we weren't just tourists.
All in all this was an amazing experience. We highly recommend Finot Tour Ethiopia.

Great services

Reliable and helpful
My six day trip to the Lower Omo Valley was very interesting and well organized. A good guide (Danny), a comfortable car and nice lodges/hotels made the trip most enjoyable.
Danny's knowledge about culture and nature was great. He also knew the names of all the birds we saw which I appreciated.
Since I was a solo guest we also had a flexible schedule. From time to time we also met friendly Haile who travelled with another group.
Since all costs were included I did not have to think about paying local guides etc. But they all appreciate a small tip.
I can highly recommend Finot Tour.

The tour in southern Ethiopia was one of the best experiences in my life
Whole tour was managed perfectly. From the beginning till the end. Communication with Haile was really perfect and he fulfilled everything we agreed on.
Haile is really flexible and he could manage the program according to your wish. Also he is very good person!
If I will go to Ethiopia another time I would definitely go with Finot tour!
