Realliable, Nice and Concerned
We had a great experience with Travel Africa Safari Agency. They were very organized right from the start, answered all our questions even before we booked the tour with them and kept in touch every step of the way making sure everything was running smoothly. A safari is an expensive activity but they still manage to have a competitive price. The accomodation in Serengeti was amazing (Matawi Serengeti Camp) and the lodge in Ngorongoro was also really nice even though it's a bit far from the crater entrance (the nearer hotels are more on the luxury side and we booked the standart). They gave us hot, knife and fork food on the safari while other companies just arrange lunch boxes, and the food was really good (I'm vegetarian and they provided food for me without extra charge).
The safari was unbelievable, we got to see the big five, we went on low season and there were not a lot of tourists so it didn't feel crowded, Serengeti and Ngorongoro are breath takingly beautiful so don't hesitate to visit both. Just be aware this involves long driving hours in the jeep (6h from Arusha to Serengeti, 3h from Serengeti to Ngorongoro and 3h to Arusha again; also it takes 1.5h from the Ngorongoro hotel to the crater entrance).
About our guide, Joel, he's great, speaks very good english, is super knowledgeable and answered to all our questions about animals, culture, language, you name it. He was also really concerned about our wellbeing, always asking if we needed anything and if we were ok, he did everything to make us feel comfortable. Also you can tell he really likes his job.
The hotel on the night before and after the safari were included in the price (plus breakfast and dinner at the hotel) and the transfer from and to the airport were also included.
Plus, they gave us t-shirts and a personalised gift at the end!
In conclusion, really recommend booking with this company, we had a great time and have no complaints.

Unforgettable experience with Travel Africa
My husband and me took a 5-day tour to Tarangiri, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We are so happy that we got the best tour guide, his name is Joseph Rasta, who knew everything about each animal, the environment and history of the places we went to and Tanzania in general. Moreover, he wanted us to see every creature from the big 5, gave us time to watch them and take pictures. Every aspect of the trip was beyond what we had expected, so don’t even hesitate choosing for this tour and operator.

perfect tour for those who want to see the Big 5
We enjoyed a safari for 3 nights and 4 days, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro National Parks. All the meals provided were delicious and healthy! Even if you’re a vegetarian, there’s no need to worry—fried fish, salads, and fruits were served every day.
Our amazing guide, Rocky, made the safari even more enjoyable by explaining the animals’ gender, age, and sharing detailed insights about their characteristics and behaviors. He’s also incredibly skilled at spotting animals and predicting their movement routes.
Although we had to see the rhino from afar due to restricted access, we were able to observe the other Big 5 animals from very close. It was truly the best trip, and I highly recommend it!!

Our safari experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized and very clear. Good and friendly safari agency
We booked the 5day safari group tour with travel africa, everything was arranged perfectly. The lodges are beautiful, godfried our driver and guide was really good and told us a lot about all the animals en masaai. The agency responded quickly on whatsapp. They also helped us with getting bustickets to lushoto. Besides they really appreciate customer feedback afterwards and listen to it, I think that that is very valueable and unique.

Fantastic expert guide

Incredible experience at a very fair price! Joel went above and beyond
The whole experience was planned amazingly! We went two days to the Serengeti national Park and one day to the Ngorongoro crater.
We enjoyed the most caring and good vibe only tour guide called Joel.
The largest were choosing very well and exceeded our expectations.

Kilimanjaro Trek
Even though I didn't summit, the mountain support crew were all amazing, whenever I think about Kilimanjaro again I'll think of not just the scenery, but one of the guides who carried my backpack when I was struggling, and others who have helped me getting back to lower altitude more quickly.

Amazing First Safari Experience — 100% Recommended
We’ve just finished our first safari with Travel Africa Safari Agency, and the experience was incredible. The team is truly outstanding. Philomena was our main point of contact, and from the very beginning she replied quickly and carefully to all our questions, helping us plan the perfect safari for us.
The safari itself was amazing, thanks to Joel, our guide, who took great care of us at all times. He is extremely knowledgeable about wildlife, and thanks to him we were able to see the Big Five several times, along with many other animals. He always created a great atmosphere and positive vibes — we would happily repeat the safari with him, as the experience could not have been better.
Finally, all the transfer drivers who picked us up and took us to the airport were incredibly kind and friendly. Everything was wonderful.
