Loved the gorillas and the chimps!
We had a great time! The communication prior to the trip was good. It was a bucket list opportunity to do the gorilla trekking and chimp trekking. We also got to walk with giraffes and zebras in Uganda which was magical. Some things to be improved on- after the first day, we had such busy itineraries with a ton of driving, we got to the hotel at dark almost every night with little time to relax. So the itinerary could be reworked in that regard. And the food at the hotels in Rwanda were ok (they were better in Uganda) but the quality was much different than the previous safari we took in Kenya/Tanzania. However, for a short 6 day trip in Rwanda/uganda we got to see the animals we came to see which was amazing. Kelly was a good guide. We felt for the price it was a good value.

Safari of a lifetime
We had a safari of a lifetime with RENAI, firstly the communication with the office staff was seamless in the planning phase, as I made a couple of changes to the initial itinerary which were all accommodated, for the Safari itself I enjoyed the scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth park and the amazing wildlife in Queen Elizabeth Park, elephants, buffaloes, yes and we were lucky to see the big cats, the lion too.
There after we were able to finally get upclose with the gentle giant the mountain gorillas which was the major highlight of our trip!!
Car was super clean too. Our guide Kelly was very cool and happy to help us all the time.
Can't wait to return to Uganda with the amazing RENAI safaris and i highly recommend to anyone planning to travel to Uganda !

The amazing Uganda needs to be accompanied by excellent travel agents
Uganda is a very interesting country. Animals, nature, various activities, etc. are very rich. My two guides take good care of me and are also very humourous people. I will not be bored and lonely when travelling alone. They are very professional, responsive and will give good suggestions according to the actual situation. The boss will try his best to meet the needs of customers and have a sense of responsibility. We need such a travel agency.

Our guide, Precious, truly made the experience unforgettable. His knowledge of the park, wildlife behaviour, and local culture added a great deal of depth to the trip. She was not only informative but also incredibly warm, patient and reliable – always ensuring we were safe, comfortable and getting the best possible experience.
The tour itself through Murchison Falls National Park was stunning. From the game drives spotting lions, elephants, and giraffes, to the breathtaking boat cruise up to the base of the falls – every moment was thoughtfully planned and well-paced. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole trip was great.
In terms of value for money, this trip matched my expectations. The quality of service, the care taken with logistics, and Precious's exceptional guiding all combined to make this worth every penny.

Amazing tour
