Yahya the smooth operator!!
From the beginning, everything was handled with real care and professionalism. The planning was smooth, the service was on point, and every detail felt thoughtfully managed, even when a few unexpected things came up, they were handled quickly and smoothly without any stress on our side.
The whole experience felt easy, well organized, and genuinely special. Would definitely come back again.

Where to begin…
Blue Mist Safaris was referred to our group by a colleague who had gone to Tanzania through them.
The owner was very gracious. He did not give up on us despite making so many revisions to our itinerary. He offered to help us apply for all the visas and travel insurance without charging us more than he incurred. The icing on the cake was inviting us to his home & arranging a DELICIOUS home-cooked meal soon after we landed. The whole experience felt so personalized!
Everything went seamlessly. We could tell how much check points there were between Tarangire, Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara National parks, and the amount of paperwork required to make such a trip, of such as group, as smoothly as it went.
The host & his team are top tier professionals. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a special holiday in Tanzania. Thank you so much 💯❤

Excellent
My wife and I initially planned a 2-week holiday in Zanzibar to celebrate our belated honeymoon. While there, we became acquainted with Yahya and Blue Mist Safaris, where he proposed a 5-day getaway to the Serengeti that was too good to turn down.
He took care of flights (on very short notice), transfers, travel insurance and safari logistics very efficiently. Moreover, using his relationship with the hotel in Zanzibar, he managed to negotiate with the hotel we’ve paid for a full 2-week period to agree to refund us for the period we’ll be in the Serengeti.
We’re not really safari goers but we probably loved the safari part of our holiday more than the Zanzibar part. The guide (Idrees) was exceptional, animals were phenomenal (like watching a documentary, but LIVE!!), the lodge was surprisingly good and our vehicle was brand new!
If you’re considering a trip to Tanzania, consider having Blue Mist as your hosts. You’ll thank me later :)

Unforgettable Kilimanjaro Trek – Jan 2021
I traveled to Kilimanjaro in January 2021 and had a fantastic experience with Blue Mist Safaris on the 5-day route. Even a few years later, the memories of the hospitality and the beauty of the mountain remain a highlight for me.
The arrangement by Blue Mist was professional from the very beginning. Everything from the briefing to the mountain logistics was handled with care, allowing me to truly focus on enjoying the trek.
Our guides were the heart of the trip. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the mountain and its unique ecosystems but also brought a positive, encouraging energy every single day. Their focus on our safety and well-being was evident, and they managed the group's pace perfectly.
The support crew and the quality of the meals provided at the huts were also excellent. An Excellent, Safe and Knowledgeable Safari Experience in Tarangire
We had an excellent experience with Blue Mist Safaris on our trip to Tarangire National Park on 22nd January, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife, the park, and Tanzania in general. It genuinely enhanced the whole experience and made the game drive both educational and enjoyable.
The driving was very safe and comfortable, which is something we really appreciated throughout the day. We felt well looked after at all times. The food provided was good and well organised, adding to the overall comfort of the trip.
Overall, it was an excellent all-round safari experience. My wife and I truly enjoyed every moment, and we would happily choose Blue Mist Safaris again and recommend them to anyone visiting Tanzania.
