Efficient, accommodating, and highly communicative
We spent 11 days touring Namibia with our driver/guide Theo and the experience was incredible! Oliver and Theo ensured a smooth transition from landing at Hosea Kutako Airport to dropping us back off at the end of the trip. Everything was planned with care prior to our arrival, with Oliver prescheduling reservations, excursions, and any experiences we were interested in. We worked closely to get the perfect itinerary balancing our budget, our must-sees, and a few little pockets of luxury that we didn’t expect. Communication while planning was impeccable, and Oliver was able to accommodate some scheduling changes due to airline issues as well as our own last minute conflict. Throughout the trip he checked on us and was able to answer questions or handle inquiries almost immediately.
The trip itself was once in a lifetime - Namibia is a beautiful country with so many natural wonders. Every day and change in location was so different from the one before! Highlights included hiking Big Daddy and Dune 45 (shout out to Theo for staying with me while I took many breaks), kayaking with seals with the Mola Mola team in Walvis Bay (followed by a beach brai and riding 4x4s through the dunes of Sandwich Harbor), going on an elephant drive in Damaraland, and of course driving through Etosha nature reserve.
And finally, our driver and guide Theo was 10/10! He really went out of his way to ensure our comfort and safety throughout the trip, as well as make sure we got to see everything (and more!) that we wanted. He suggested adding a stop on our way to Damaraland that included a hike to see the White Lady that was one of the highlights of our trip. He also was a fantastic driver throughout Etosha, spotting animals and stopping whenever we saw something we wanted to investigate. Theo was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to spend time with throughout the 11 days! Our trip could not have gone as well as it did without him.

Organizing the perfect rental car

Very responsible, great communication
Ollie, Minnet and guide Theo really made our trip to Namibia. We didn’t have a lot of time so they customized the trip just the way our time allowed. Communication was excellent. Amazing experience I’ll never forget.

Quick action and exceptionally well organised
Due to unforeseen circumstances my original travels within Europe were cancelled. I decided I did not want to give up and stay at home during December holidays. I phoned Gazechase Travels very last minute and asked if they can save my vacation and organise a trip through Namibia. They did not disappoint at all. Within a day, I received a well thought-out itinerary with all activities, accommodation, the routes between locations on a map and a quote on this whole trip. They are fast-paced and assisted me quickly even though I called during the weekend. Arriving in Namibia we were picked up from the airport with a warm welcome from the founder who decided to greet us personally at the airport. It was nice to meet the person behind all the arrangements who saved my vacation. During the whole trip everything was well organized, they always answered the phone when I asked a question, they frequently checked in to ensure we were satisfied with the services. The accommodation booked is breathtaking and super relaxing. We got to see so many wild animals in Etosha. We went on safari rides and got to experience leopards, lions and all the wonderful animals. They also last minute arranged a cat feeding activity for us which was memorable. The sand dunes of Sossusvlei is a sight to remember. And so many more experiences I will remember.
Namibia is really a bucket list place and I am so thankful to Gazechase Travels for saving my vacation and ensuring I could experience Namibia. Definitely a dream to remember.
