Adaptable & friendly local guide
Musa helped provide a great well-rounded itinerary for the 5 days my friend and I were in Victoria Falls. As a local born and raised person from the area, he knows the place well and helped us get the best out of our time while also balancing it with plenty of spare time. He was very flexible and accomodating during the booking process and had transparent communication throughout. We would recommend this company for all your touring needs!

Proviem Safaris are reliable and provide competitively priced activities in the Victoria Falls area
After carefully reviewing several different providers (including the major commercial online one’s), we selected “Proviem Safaris” for two safari’s based from Victoria Falls. One to Chobe (Botswana) and one for Hwange. We asked each of the tour operators the same questions and Proviem Safaris quickly provided the most comprehensive responses, while offering a very competitive quote (one other of the other operators even said they would select it for that price!)
We also knew that Proviem Safaris was a small company based in Zimbabwe and wanted to ensure they would be able to keep all the profits (which we have done before for activities in other countries).
Once selected, we contacted Musawenkosi several times before our trip to confirm all details and requirements for the trips. He always politely responded with clear and helpful communications, which gave us confidence in him.
On the day of the first Safari (Chobe), Musawenkosi arrived on time and with a clean vehicle to transfer us to the boarder. He remained with us during the boarder formalities and ensured we were clear of the process. He led us to the Safari guide and remained with us the whole day. The actual safari run by another Botswana team and the day was great – with a morning land safari by jeep, lunch, followed by a water safari. We arrived back to our hotel at around the time Musawenkosi had already told us.
The second safari to Hwange was a very early start and Musawenkosi recommended we order a packed breakfast from our hotel. He was comfortable with us eating this in his clean car during the long, difficult and bumpy drive to Hwange. As before, Musawenkosi took us to a local guide and remained with us the whole day, returning us to our hotel.
We paid for each safari on the day (with $ dollars), as agreed in advance directly to Musawenkosi. As the 2 trips were successful, during our drive back to the hotel we decided to book a short morning helicopter flight over the falls through Proviem Safaris. Musawenkosi gave us a good price, but requested payment in advance and that another person would collect us in the morning. We now had confidence in Musawenkosi and accepted this condition. True to his word, the helicopter team arrived to pick us up on time and the flight was great.
We would recommend using Proviem Safaris/Musawenkosi to help arrange and book any activity in the Victoria Falls area.

We booked the 5-day tour, which included two days in Chobe, a Zambezi River cruise, and Victoria Falls, and it was a wonderful experience, all thanks to the help of our tour coordinator, Musa. Very communicative, responsive, economical, and professional.
Our tour guide, Musa, was wonderful. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time and was very knowledgeable and kind. We were able to go to a few different countries in the Victoria falls area and Musa helped a ton with helping us prepare for the border crossings. He was very thoughtful in his recommendations for where we should go, very responsive and communicative when we had questions or changes to the schedule. This trip was wonderful and the tour company and Musa greatly contributed to our positive experience.

Considerate and thoughtful making sure our needs were met.
We had an extremely enjoyable trip. Our tour operator made sure everything was well organized and on time. He followed up with us every day to find out how the program for the day went and to make sure we were happy with the guides and transport.
The trip was definitely worth the money and we have a 50th wedding anniversary celebration to remember.

Proviem Safaris provided the variety of activities I was looking for
Proviem Safaris delivered exactly the experience I was hoping for—an unforgettable trip at a very affordable price. Musa put together a perfect balance of organized game drives and flexible, unstructured time, which allowed my daughter and me to explore the rainforest at our own pace.

Perfect Holiday in Vic Falls!
My mum and I spent a week in Vic Falls. Proviem Safaris has helped me a lot arranging all our activities, such as safaris in Hwange, in Chobe (Botswana) and an amazing sunset cruise of the Zambezi river.
Communication has been very smooth from the beginning, with basically 24/7 support on WhatsApp.
Musa, our contact at Proviem, has been always very transparent in prices, and he was able to adjust our programme even with last minute requests.
