A very professional, attentive, adaptable agency!
We had the most amazing trip in Botswana thanks to Edwin and his team. He was able to accommodate all the different phases of our travels, including the self drive part, for which he organised everything: from renting the vehicle, to booking campsites/lodges, to organising guided game drives. The second part of our trip was equally amazing, when we joined him and his team for a mobile safari in the Savute reserve.
Edwin and his team are really attentive, addressing all our needs and questions. He has an amazing knowledge of all the animals we encountered. We always felt safe, and were able to see so many animals: leopards, lions with cubs, hyenas, wild dogs, elephants, honey badgers, antelopes, giraffe, zebras and so many beautiful birds! The food prepared by the cook Walter was also delicious!
Finally, we ended our trip with an amazing tour of Victoria Falls, again all perfectly organised by Edwin. We could not recommend Keya Botswana agency more, a massive thank you to Edwin and his team!

A small business (for now) in Maun that provides the biggest services to tourists
Our communication with Keya from the very beginning was a pleasure. Their responses were always prompt, detailed, and well organized. The responsiveness stood out and was one of the key factors that made us choose them.
Edwin planned our trip with great flexibility and accommodated all of our requests. When our arrival in Maun was delayed by long hours, he contacted the park to arrange a special late-entry permit so that we could keep the original itinerary. He then drove for hours in the dark to get us to our campsite — what an unforgettable unplanned evening game drive.
The rest of the crew—Names, Water, and Tee—were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easygoing. They made sure we stayed clean, well-fed, and well-rested throughout the trip. The food was delicious, and it was amazing that everything, including freshly baked dinner rolls, was cooked over firewood collected near the campsite. The tents and beds were comfortable, the Starlink Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, and the game drives were both fun and educational.
We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Keya to anyone planning an Okavango Delta safari.

Well-organized
From the very beginning, communication was excellent, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Our special requests were also addressed immediately.
From the pickup at the location, the transportation by car and mokoro, right down to the refreshments. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We had a wonderful tour, and our two children had a fantastic time as well.

Very well organized, very reliable and extremely knowledgeable about the area
The trip was very well organized, timely pick-up, very friendly staff accomodating all our wishes, extremely knowledgeable guide who shared many interesting details on plants and animals in the area, fantastic three-course meals, comfortable tents with en-suite bathrooms and hot showers. Our five-day safari in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve was a great experience with lots of interesting animal sightings thanks to the experience and passion of our guide. I would highly recommend this Travel agency to anyone interested in exploring Botswana.

Keya Botswana has a relationship with a wonderful San family with much to teach about their culture.
The San people provide the most direct cultural link to how the first people lived tens of thousands of years ago. This culture is struggling to survive the clash with modernity and government impediments that may wipe it out. Keya Botswana coordinates all of the logistics so that you can spend time with an inviting and generous extended San family that grew up in "the Old Way" and is navigating the constraints now imposed on their lifestyle. My family and I were fascinated from beginning to end and we would highly recommend this two day experience.

Fantastic safari with a knowledgeable guide to an underrated Location.
We had a fantastic mobile safari to Nxai Pan Nationalpark with Edwin and his team.
Edwin provided us with deep insight into the small and big animals we observed. He personalised our safari to a great extend and portaied a great mix of flexibility, patience and friendliness.
Our camp was wild and hospitable at the same time. In the middle of the vast Nxai Pan the formidable team created an athmosphere of comfort. For example having freshly campfire baked chocolate muffins.

Exceptional support for a first-time self-drive
We had a fantastic experience with Keya Botswana while planning our first-ever self-drive through Botswana. From the very beginning, Edwin was proactive, incredibly supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was always fast, clear and reassuring, which made a huge difference when organizing a trip like this for the first time. (especially in rainy season!)
The planning was thorough and well thought out, and having a guide accompany us to teach us all the ins and outs of self-driving in Botswana was invaluable, while keeping the 'adventure' experience. We always felt supported without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The overall experience was excellent, and Edwin’s support and professionalism really stood out.
