Keya Botswana has a relationship with a wonderful San family with much to teach about their culture.
The San people provide the most direct cultural link to how the first people lived tens of thousands of years ago. This culture is struggling to survive the clash with modernity and government impediments that may wipe it out. Keya Botswana coordinates all of the logistics so that you can spend time with an inviting and generous extended San family that grew up in "the Old Way" and is navigating the constraints now imposed on their lifestyle. My family and I were fascinated from beginning to end and we would highly recommend this two day experience.

Fantastic safari with a knowledgeable guide to an underrated Location.
We had a fantastic mobile safari to Nxai Pan Nationalpark with Edwin and his team.
Edwin provided us with deep insight into the small and big animals we observed. He personalised our safari to a great extend and portaied a great mix of flexibility, patience and friendliness.
Our camp was wild and hospitable at the same time. In the middle of the vast Nxai Pan the formidable team created an athmosphere of comfort. For example having freshly campfire baked chocolate muffins.

Exceptional support for a first-time self-drive
We had a fantastic experience with Keya Botswana while planning our first-ever self-drive through Botswana. From the very beginning, Edwin was proactive, incredibly supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was always fast, clear and reassuring, which made a huge difference when organizing a trip like this for the first time. (especially in rainy season!)
The planning was thorough and well thought out, and having a guide accompany us to teach us all the ins and outs of self-driving in Botswana was invaluable, while keeping the 'adventure' experience. We always felt supported without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The overall experience was excellent, and Edwin’s support and professionalism really stood out. We would definitely recommend this operator, especially for anyone considering their first self-drive safari!

Great experience
The operator was at my hotel right on time. It was just me doing the 3 day Okavango Delta/Moremi Game Reserve safari as it was nearing the end of the season. I felt almost guilty because it took 4 guys and a lot of equipment just to make my experience memorable. My guide Rogers was great. He spoke very
good English, very knowledgeable, and patient considering he drove long hours. We saw almost everything except the cheetah and leopard. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend using this agency.

4 night tour in Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai
We had an amazing 4 nights with Edwin wild camping in Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai. The team looking after us was fantastic, the camp sites, the food and their welcoming nature. Both Moremi and Khwai were a great experience. So much wild life, we even saw wild dogs chasing an impala and a leopard snacking on a monkey. Edwin noticed every animal and bird and also made the safari so much fun. We had many game drives, night drives, a boat ride and a mokoro as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks so much Edwin and your team. You are highly recommended!

Tailor made Experience
I was a peculiar Safari client. Yes i was interested in seeing animals, but I wanted also to frame great sunset and sunrises. We were able to do both. They were able to find all the predators and animals we wanted to see, and also find the perfect spot for my sunset/sunrise shooting. Once in location they patiently helped me aligning the car with the sun, or run back and forth to have the animals in the frame.

Local knowledge
Edwin as his team are local and know the area and that shows. I did a couple of day trips one to the Salt Pans/Boeti River and other to Moremi. As they are connected via radio to other local guides they were able to spot animals that otherwise would have been impossible to see. The full safari experience probably needs at least an overnight in the reserve to be able to do sunset and sunrise drives/walks. I still was able to cover a lot of ground and see s lot with the day trips. You can count on reliability and value for your money.

A great experience, an unforgettable trip.
This was an unforgettable trip, an unprecedented experience, and well worth it. The activities arranged by the travel agency were excellent. The two canoe trips were very pleasant, and we also had close encounters with leopards and lions. Mr. Edwin was very gentle and responsible, always reminding us not to wander off on our own or ask where to go, prioritizing safety. Edwin provided us with an incredible safari experience, tailored to our interests with our enjoyment his primary concern.
We were disappointed with previous safaris with other companies, and so wanted to try see some more animals before leaving Botswana. We were put in contact with Edwin who very quickly put together an itinerary that was adapted to our schedule. Edwin's communication was very quick, polite and friendly, and just generally a pleasure to be around. He is a great guide with a comfortable vehicle, and utilises the contact of other guides to ensure we saw everything we wanted- including cheetah and cubs, lions and cubs and wild dogs and their pups as well as a lot of other wildlife.
The overnight tents were very comfortable, the food was brilliant and the whole experience was the highlight of our honeymoon.
