Our tour operator was professional, fun, skilled and deeply knowledgeable about the environment.
Wild Spirit Travel, you’ve outdone yourselves! This was by far the craziest and best experience of my life.
From dusk till dawn, we were spoiled with amazing food, exceptional service, and thrilling wildlife encounters. Every second of our trip was incredible. The team went completely out of their way to give us the absolute best experience in the Okavango Delta.
We loved everything - from gliding in Mokoros and walking amongst the wildlife, to fishing, relaxing by the fire after an eventful day, enjoying hot showers, and getting a great night's rest in our glamping tents. It is truly the perfect way to ground and humble yourself in nature.
To top it all off, they went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable by helping my fiancé organize the most perfect surprise engagement! I loved every single moment.
Thank you Wild Spirit Travel

Did everything to give us the best experience
Fred and his team did their utmost to make this a wonderful safari in the Okavango Delta by boat and then by road to Khwai (Moremi was inaccessible due to unusually late and heavy rain).
Fred is a knowledgeable and experienced guide and was unfailingly enthusiastic and eager to show us as much as possible from the moment he greeted us at the airport in Maun.
There was a little confusion about the route due to the booking agent not telling us that Moremi was impassible, but Fred listened very carefully to our wish list and did everything possible to make it all happen.
This is a mobile safari, so relatively simple, but our tent and beds were spacious and comfortable and the campsites were made as lovely as possible by the extremely hardworking team. Meals were freshly prepared but fairly basic - absolutely fine for us. We lay snug in bed in lovely wild campsites, listening to hippo, elephant, hyena and lion and reflecting on all the sights, smells and sounds of the glorious African days. We felt it was affordable and on this occasion really great value for money as we were the only people booked at this early season time.
Fred and his team were all thoroughly good people and we will definitely aim to do another trip with them.
