Commendable effort for a memorable safari experience!
I had an amazing 11 days safari across Kenya and Tanzania. My plan of the safari started off by searching and contacting a few of the tour agents that have good reviews from Safari Booking website for their itinerary package proposals. My criteria for deciding on the tour agent was budget of proposal, promptness in response and flexibility in modifying itinerary to suit my travel plan. Global Threads Safaris attracted me because of their willingness to assist in making my trip come true. Madelyne of Global Threads had been the main figure in ironing out all questions before and during the safari to ensure a seamless and smooth journey throughout the 11 days starting from Nairobi in Kenya to land border crossing into Tanzania ending in Arusha. I thank her for the commendable effort she has provided me!
During the safari, I saw many wild animals including the Big Five and Ugly Five too. The daily game drives, transfer from park to park and the optional activities like Maasai village and hot air balloon experiences were well coordinated. For these, the credits go to the competent and experienced driver cum guide, Mike for Kenya part of safari and Kwabe for Tanzania part. They were the mainstay for me enjoying the game drives due to the ease in mutual communication and their knowledge of the animals and symbiotic relationship amongst some of these animals. Their extra effort provided in sighting as many animals as possible and in experiencing closer encounters with the animals had exceeded my expectation. I too wish to thank them for the job well done.
Lastly I would definitely recommend Global Threads to anyone who is interested in a memorable safari experience in Kenya, Tanzania or both.

I recently joined the 10-day Kenya and Tanzania tour organized by Global Threads Safari, and it was an unforgettable experience. The entire trip was very well organized, and I truly enjoyed every part of the journey.

1. Madelyne is the most enthusiastic staff member I've ever met. She insisted on contacting us every day to discuss our needs and negotiate cooperation when we booked the tour. When we finally met her, she was so warm and friendly; I truly admire her.
2. John, our driver for the entire safari, was incredibly experienced. He could spot the animals from a great distance and shared fascinating details about them. Although we had long drives every day, he managed the schedule so well that we didn't feel tired at all.

I had a great experience with Global Threads. I booked a Maasi Mara safari and then 3 days at a beach resort in Mombasa. All of the people were professional, and the service was excellent. On the safari we spent a lot of time in the game parks and saw all of the animals. The beach vacay was at a really nice all-inclusive resort in Mombasa. I upgraded the hotels and the hotels were very nice. I would request 1st class on the train to Mombasa. It was worth the small extra cost. Overall a well organized trip!

Amazing 7-Day Safari in Kenya
I had the 7-day safari and it was an unforgettable experience.
This safari was a dream come true for me. I saw everything I wanted to see and even more. Masai Mara National Reserve was definitely my favourite part of the trip.
Our guide Gilbert was kind, professional and always made me feel safe during my first solo trip to Africa. He worked hard throughout the trip and showed us many beautiful places.
