Excellent service
EXCELLENT COMPANY
We are all from the USA, enjoyed an exciting 10-day mid-range safari tour of several parks in Northern Tanzania with *Ngorongoro Tours LTD*: Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara, the Ndutu region (Ngorongoro Conservation Area), and the Ngorongoro Crater and a Maasai village.
The tour was pretty much all that we had hoped for. We saw the Colobus monkeys and flamingos in Arusha. The walking safari with a ranger and an armed guide in Tarangire was fantastic. The Manyara Best View Lodge really had an awesome view and I even swam in the amazing infinity pool above the Rift Valley.
In Ndutu we spent good time with a cheetah, and a lion with cubs playing and trying to climb trees. In another place we watched an adult female actually climbing a tree. We were also lucky to see a leopard mother and daughter in trees. And of course, the main attraction, the great herds of wildebeest with their calves.
Ngorongoro Crater was a worthy climax of the trip — fabulous views and a huge variety of wildlife.
Special thanks to Annette, from the office for helping us with all the arrangements and communication before the trip. Everything was organized smoothly and professionally.
We highly recommend *Ngorongoro Tours LTD* for anyone planning a Tanzania safari.

Exceptional!
We did a 21 day safari with Ngorongoro Tours LTD in Uganda that was organised by myself and *Annette from the office. I was advised to contact three companies, read all reviews, then chose Ngorongoro Tours. So glad I did. Annette was able to guide me with options and accommodation.
As a result we had the most amazing adventure with *Herbert* for 11 days, then we had another guide for the next 10 days. 21 days was perfect as we had some down time as safaris can be very tiring and distances and roads were long each day.
Everything we did and saw was incredible, including the walk with the Rhinos in Ziwa, the chimpanzee walk, and the Gorillas were so amazing. An overnight stay at Ngamba Island started our safari which exceeded expectations. The rangers were so knowledgeable and caring for the rehabilitation of these rescued chimpanzees and we were able to experience that with them. Highly recommend doing it and staying overnight.
Also an overnight stay in Ziwa was incredible. Woke to two Rhinos just outside our windows!
Both *Herbert* and the second guide were excellent, giving us so much information and looking after our every need. All accommodation was top quality, only one wasn't up to scratch.
I highly recommend *Ngorongoro Tours LTD* and thoroughly enjoyed our guides. The only negative was the safari ended! I really loved the whole experience.

Touring with Nelson was indeed spectacular
I am a solo traveler, but I was part of a tour group, mainly for gorilla trekking, and used *Ngorongoro Tours*. Nelson was our tour guide and we could not have had a better person. He was very supportive and knowledgeable.
All accommodations, trekking, game drives - all well organized making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The chimpanzees and gorilla encounters were unforgettable.
Nelson did a fantastic job in providing options and suggestions for the group to have a wonderful experience. He even provided an extra night game drive to see if we could catch more animals in the wild.
He provided us an extraordinarily and memorable experience in every step of the way.

Perfect
We recently got back from a trip through Ngorongoro Tours Ltd and were very pleased at their help, experience, and accommodations. They were professional and helpful, especially helpful when my bag was delayed, where one of their drivers had to pick up my bag 2 days later at the airport since we were already on our way to Bwindi.
Our guide Amos was very nice, knowledgeable, and assisted us with everything, even providing borrowed items that I didn't have from the missing luggage, so that I could hike and have a good trip.
The accommodations we had in Bwindi was a great place overlooking the forest, with 5 star food, and a great staff. All hotels by the airport in Entebbe were also excellent, with great service and good staff.
The Gorillas were amazing - lifetime opportunity with many photo opportunities. Wish we could have stayed and done more sightseeing in Entebbe and/or do additional safari activities.
Special thanks to Shanitah in the office for helping organize everything so smoothly.

Antony was an outstanding guide during our trip to Rwanda and Uganda. He was warm, very accommodating and designed our tour individually according to our wishes. From the very first message to the final goodbye, everything was arranged down to the smallest detail.
We felt cared for,safe and completely relaxed the entire time.Not only Michael is a true professional with an incredible knowledge of animals,birds and Ugandan culture,but he also has the kindest heart and the best sense of humor.we laughed so much with him,and those shared moments made our trip unforgettable.
Michael truly went above and beyond to make us happy.He surprised us with fresh passion fruits on long drives,stopped for the perfect sunset drink overlooking the beautiful plains of Queen Elizabeth National park, and always knew the best spots for photos and wildlife sightings. Even when we had activities with other local guides, Michael would quietly check in to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care made us feel so valued and looked after.
Communication was always clear and warm. The Ngorongoro Tours 4x4 vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and handled Uganda's sometimes challenging roads with ease and Michael drove us safely and smoothly the entire journey. Cold drinking water and tasty snacks were always waiting for us in the vehicle.
Traveling through Uganda with Ngorongoro Tours has been the one of the most amazing experience of our lives. The landscapes, the wildlife, and the people were magical but it was Michael's warmth and dedication that made it truly special.

Absolutely unforgettable experience with Ngorongoro tours
From start to finish, this trip was nothing short of magical. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and every stop somehow managed to top the last.
Our journey began at the breathtaking Murchison Falls and Lake Albert, where the sheer power and beauty of the falls left us speechless. Watching the Nile force its way through such a narrow gorge is something you truly have to see to believe.
In Kibale National Park, the chimpanzee habituation experience was incredible—intimate, immersive, and wildly fascinating. Spending extended time observing these intelligent, energetic creatures in their natural habitat was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Then came the highlight many dream of: gorilla habituation in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Words cannot fully capture how moving it is to be in the presence of mountain gorillas. The experience was raw, emotional, and deeply humbling—an absolute must for any wildlife lover.
Our game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park were equally spectacular. From lions to elephants to endless herds across the savannah, every drive felt like stepping into a nature documentary. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, golden monkey tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park added such a fun and unique twist—these playful, vibrant primates were a joy to watch.
What truly made this trip exceptional, though, was our guide, Richard. He never failed to go above and beyond—whether it was sharing deep knowledge about wildlife and local culture, adjusting plans to maximize our experience, or simply making sure we were always comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
