Our tour operator was really friendly and helpful
We had a brilliant safari with our tour guide Elvis. To start with, we went on a boat trip on Lake Naivasha. It costs extra, but it’s highly recommended. Just as lovely was our visit to Nakuku Lake Park, where we could already see lots of animals. The highlight was our visit to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The advertising didn’t overpromise, as we saw lots and lots of animals. And not just from a distance, but right from the car. It was brilliant.

Once we arrived, Peter and Joseph truly made our first Masai Mara safari unforgettable. Peter and Joseph were amazing at finding their own routes, getting us the best possible views of wildlife sightings, and making sure we had an experience that felt personal rather than just following the crowds. My girlfriend and I booked with Maurice from Rozella and he was very quick to respond to all our questions leading up to the trip. He met us at the airport when we arrived along with our tour guides Joseph and Peter. Joseph and Peter made the tour so much fun we had a great time with them, it was very relaxed and they made us feel right at home. Maasai Mara is an unforgettable place and seeing our tour guides Peter and Joseph having fun with us made the trip that much more memorable. I highly recommend booking with Rozsella they treat you like family and take care of everything for you while you are on the Safari.

Easy booking, quick response time and comfortable travel.
The communication was quick and efficient. The travel was comfortable, good accommodations and food was good. The tour guide was nice, but wish he knew more about tha animals/would tell us more about it.

It's been a beautiful experience well organized in each detail. The driver was reliable in the car guide and perfect in animal sightings! The tour operator assistant was always present, before and during the tour for each need.
