The tour operator was beyond excellent, he was like part of our family, always looking out for us.
Everything about the safari was excellent, honestly it made it one of the best trips I’ve ever had in my life, I will remember it forever. I want to come back 100% and when I do it will be with this company and with our guide Omary, he is great. He did not feel like someone who was working, he felt like another member of the family, like a real friend! The best experience!!

Amazing 3 Days Safari
Amazing 3-day safari with excellent organization from start to finish. Communication with Akai was outstanding, and the whole team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We even received a lovely welcome gift. Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and did everything they could to help us see as many animals as possible while sharing fascinating facts about the wildlife. The accommodation and food were excellent, and any small issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We had an unforgettable 3-day safari with Freeingo Safaris! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.
The communication with Akai was excellent, and the whole team was always friendly, helpful, and very attentive. We even received a lovely welcome gift, which was a really nice surprise.
Our guides did everything they could to make sure we saw as many animals as possible. They shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, making every game drive even more special.
Whenever there were small organizational challenges, the team did their very best to solve them quickly and ensure we had the best possible experience.
The accommodation was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire safari exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Freeingo Safaris to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and unforgettable safari in Tanzania!
Guide For Arusha
We stayed in a hotel and Gilbert was our driver. We had hired him for the day to go to a cooking class, which was an amazing experience and which I will review through a different forum. Gilbert ended up becoming our guide for three days and it was an amazing experience. Not only was he reliable and an excellent driver, he also guided us on where to go and helped negotiate prices while educating us about Arusha as well as Tanzania. He is an expert, warm and friendly, very capable and truly the best at what he does. I would absolutely ask for him again on my return trip and I recommend that everyone hire him as their guide. He truly took care of our small group of 3 women.

Best company to go with!
I spent 3 days with my wife enjoying safari arranged by Freeingo team. All was great, good meal, nice accommodation, many animals to spot, nice people to meet. They also organised all tickets and transfers — all-inclusive service!

I would come with them everywhere!
It was a very memorable 3day trip arranged by Freingo Safari Team. We were supported every day from the hotel gate till our way back home.
All transfers and flights were on time, good homemade meals were provided 3 times a day even inside the parks. The manager Akai ❤️ was in touch whenever I asked her to check or to change or whatever. I felt safe and comfortable with this team till the very end of my journey. 100% recommendation and the warmest thanks to Freeingo Safaris.

Brilliant day
We wanted a 1 day safari day trip and we weren’t disappointed.
After organising the safari the day before with Sam, John Boma picked us up the next day in the safari adapted Land Cruiser.
We travelled to Tarangire park.
John was knowledgeable about the park and its animals.
We feel he went over and above to find us the animals we wanted to see with great success.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Sam or John in the future.

Really good service
Our safari in the Serengeti was absolutely unforgettable, and Kelvin played a huge role in making it so special. He is extremely reliable, friendly, and clearly very experienced. His ability to spot animals and position the vehicle perfectly gave us incredible close-up views that we wouldn’t have found on our own.
What stood out most was his dedication—he always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. He was patient, attentive, and happy to answer all our questions, which made the whole experience both fun and educational.
If you’re planning a trip to the Serengeti, I can’t recommend Kelvin enough. He truly made our journey exceptional!
