Robel is someone who made my exploration through the Omo Valley a dream that changed my life
I was dreaming about Ethiopia for long time and I couldn't get a better service than the one provided by Robel and his adventure company Omo Valley Experience Tours..
For two weeks we drove around the tribal area, remote, difficult sometimes, but incredibly magical and culturally powerful..
Robel is someone who can handle any situation with a kind of energy and enthusiasm that is rare to find - I'm beyond grateful for his presence.
He organised everything in perfection and met all my requests (from photography projects to camping with tribes in local villages) with professional attitude, flexibility and kindness.

An experience that makes me want to return to Ethiopia
The tour to the Omo Valley tribes turned out to be a broader and more interesting experience than I initially expected.
The tour was very well organized. Robel was always one step ahead, and Taye proved to be an excellent driver. I believe they were able to adapt to our interests and pace. It is also worth highlighting how meaningful it was to have local guides for each of the tribes and for other activities.
In a one-week trip, we came to know many different worlds. Different tribes, languages, customs, and traditions. In many cases, it was more than just getting to know themâit was also an opportunity to reflect on our own lifestyle.
I highly recommend Omo Valley Experience Tours, and after this tour, I am certain that I want to return to Ethiopia.

Amaizing!
It was an incredible 7 days! Everything was very well organized and monitored. Our guide Rubel was always very attentive to our needs and preferences, and our driver Taye was excellent and attentive. Ethiopia is an amazing country and the people are always friendly and hospitable. Without a doubt, a memorable experience!

We went to fish market and l had a wonderful time. Robel was very attentive and made sure l was comfortable being around the animal's and that l felt safe first, he made feel as though l was his number one priority which is quite rare, having traveled all over the world. Full tour days, good hotels & meals, new private jeep with nice driver named Denis and good local tour guides.
