Superb communication and organization
We had an amazing Day Tour to Chobe. The tour operator stood out with superb communication and always responding very quickly. We were given clear and honest communication to customize our tour experiences. The operator helped facilitate 2 border crossings and a boma dinner experience. The land safari at Chobe was amazing, we saw plenty of elephants crossing the roads and vultures feeding on elephant carcass and giraffes. The boat safari we saw tens of elephants by the island. The boat it self was a bit small and no moving allowed but we still got plenty of viewing and photos as the captain steers the boat for everyone to see. All the guides were very friendly. Overall highly recommend using this tour operator

Very serviceminded
We had to reschedule our tour late as the plane to Vic Falls was cancelled but that was no problem. They also picked us up at the airport where we got some info about the Chobe trip. The trip was great. The border formalities where smooth but long lines as only one or two desks were open. It is some distance to the park and the safari vehicles are not so comfortable in high speed. Game drive was fine We even saw some lions. Very tasty buffet lunch and after that boat safari on Chobe river wher there were lots of hippos and elephants. We also saw crocodiles 5 m long

An unforgettable Victoria Falls and safari experience, with excellent guides, fantastic activities,
We had a fantastic experience with Proviem Safaris during our stay in Victoria Falls. We stayed at The Telescope Boutique Hotel, which was a very good choice: comfortable, peaceful, and a great place to relax after the different activities.
Our original itinerary included the rhino tour, Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, and Hwange National Park. However, we decided to replace Hwange because of the many hours of driving required to get there. Instead, we arranged a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls and a safari in Zambezi National Park. It was very easy to discuss the change with Musa and reach an agreement that worked well for everyone.
Every activity had something special. The rhino tour was spectacular, with plenty of wildlife and an unforgettable experience seeing the rhinos. Victoria Falls were absolutely magnificent, although we personally think that visiting the Falls independently is a great option, as it allows you to explore them at your own pace.
The Chobe day trip was one of the highlights of our stay. We were extremely lucky with the wildlife and saw lions, a cheetah, and even a leopard. The boat safari was also fantastic and gives you a completely different perspective of the park and its wildlife.
Zambezi National Park was another wonderful surprise. What stood out most was the incredible sense of peace, the beautiful landscapes, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature without the crowds. The helicopter flight over Victoria Falls was spectacular and definitely worth doing.
The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River was simply unforgettable and a perfect way to finish the day.
A special mention must go to all our guides: they were excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and always willing to make the experience enjoyable. 10/10 for all of them.
Finally, Musa was a fantastic organizer throughout the whole trip. He was reliable, flexible, easy to communicate with, and always open to discussing changes and finding a good solution. We felt that we could trust him throughout the whole experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful time with Proviem Safaris and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Victoria Falls, Chobe, and the surrounding parks.

The Hwange game drive was excellent. Mr B was very knowledgeable, polite, attentive. The tea and lunch breaks were great. Making the booking was super easy and very quick, no matter the time of the day. We’d only booked for the day. Hope to be able to book 2-3 day in Hwange with Proviem one day. And other activities.

I’m very glad I went with this operator. My tour to Hwange from Victoria Falls was wonderful. Hwange isn’t easy to get to with the road conditions bu my driver provided fantastic services, and I had a wonderful safari guide. Highly recommend!

Adaptable & friendly local guide
Musa helped provide a great well-rounded itinerary for the 5 days my friend and I were in Victoria Falls. As a local born and raised person from the area, he knows the place well and helped us get the best out of our time while also balancing it with plenty of spare time. Proviem Safaris are reliable and provide competitively priced activities in the Victoria Falls area
After carefully reviewing several different providers (including the major commercial online one’s), we selected “Proviem Safaris” for two safari’s based from Victoria Falls. One to Chobe (Botswana) and one for Hwange. We asked each of the tour operators the same questions and Proviem Safaris quickly provided the most comprehensive responses, while offering a very competitive quote (one other of the other operators even said they would select it for that price!)
We also knew that Proviem Safaris was a small company based in Zimbabwe and wanted to ensure they would be able to keep all the profits (which we have done before for activities in other countries).
Once selected, we contacted Musawenkosi several times before our trip to confirm all details and requirements for the trips. He always politely responded with clear and helpful communications, which gave us confidence in him.
On the day of the first Safari (Chobe), Musawenkosi arrived on time and with a clean vehicle to transfer us to the boarder. He remained with us during the boarder formalities and ensured we were clear of the process. He led us to the Safari guide and remained with us the whole day. The actual safari run by another Botswana team and the day was great – with a morning land safari by jeep, lunch, followed by a water safari. We arrived back to our hotel at around the time Musawenkosi had already told us.
The second safari to Hwange was a very early start and Musawenkosi recommended we order a packed breakfast from our hotel. He was comfortable with us eating this in his clean car during the long, difficult and bumpy drive to Hwange. As before, Musawenkosi took us to a local guide and remained with us the whole day, returning us to our hotel.
We paid for each safari on the day (with $ dollars), as agreed in advance directly to Musawenkosi. As the 2 trips were successful, during our drive back to the hotel we decided to book a short morning helicopter flight over the falls through Proviem Safaris. Musawenkosi gave us a good price, but requested payment in advance and that another person would collect us in the morning. We now had confidence in Musawenkosi and accepted this condition. True to his word, the helicopter team arrived to pick us up on time and the flight was great.
We would recommend using Proviem Safaris/Musawenkosi to help arrange and book any activity in the Victoria Falls area.
