Excellent
The tour itself was exceptional value for for money which is the first thing people look at, but the service and care from Thomas and Kiki was second to none. It really was their prerogative to provide a fantastic and personalised experience. Thomas was offering suggestions of activities that might be of interest before and again at the start of the tour. Kiki was exceptionally kind and reassuring which was needed as a solo female traveller. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Uganda

Thomasz and Kiki are outgoing, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable as guides in Uganda.
I began communication with Thomasz almost 2 years before our trip. He is quick to answer questions and in putting up with my constant questions. My main reason for picking Kaizer was the price was great and Kiezer came highly recommended to to Jana and I.
Thomasz and Kiki were at the airport to greet us with warm hugs when we arrived. The next 10 days were awesome. For me the highlight of our trip was visiting the Mountain Gorillas. Because I have 2 hip and 2 knee replacements I knew I couldn't do the hiking to see them. Thomasz kept telling me not to worry. Glad I didn't. I took the Ugandan Helicopter ride to see them. This is 10 men from a local village that brought me a chair type gurney. These 10 men carried me up and down the steep, and I mean steep hills and valleys. They were like clockwork shifting the Helicopter from shoulder to shoulder and up and down. It was the best $300.00 I ever spent.
Thomasz chose beautiful places for us to stay with some amazing foods. My only issue was that we didn't have enough time to spend at them and use all the amenities. A couple of days we spent too much time driving and not enough at the hotels to relax. My suggestion is to either add a day or leave out the last day.
I can't say enough about Thomasz and Kiki's " friendship" that developed over the 10 days. We had a blast and now have friends for life in Uganda.
If looking for a great rate and trip I highly recommend Kaizer.

Making dreams come true!
First of all, I want to say that this was by far the best experience I could have ever imagined. You know that you are in good hands when your tour guide is stopped countless times per day for people to greet him. That says a lot about his character.
Throughout our whole journey, we were catered to. He knew what we liked and what we were set to see and I’ll be darned. If I don’t say he made one of those wishes come true..
Are you looking for something authentic? If so, this is the company for you. . From the lodges to restaurants and the people surrounding us everything was top-notch nothing short of exceptional.
He knows the ins and outs and the ways around to make sure you see exactly what you spent money for him to show you.

Excellent
I know Tomas from a previous trip and surely he did not disappoint this time as well! Planning the trip was very convenient, and all responses were fast and accurate, as well as friendly.
The tour was planned exactly for our needs and wishes, with the flexibility to small changes in the plan on the go according to how we felt at the moment. Thanks to that flexibility we managed to see everything we wanted. Although there can be some small improvements, we were happy with the trip, and enjoyed our tour very much.
Small notion- some activities are guided by UWA officials (like chimp trekking)- make sure you ask your guide in advance if you need any special clothing or other things

Great Experience
Had a wonderful trip with Kaizer Tours.
A 15-day private tour of Uganda's nature, wildlife and culture with a great guide.
The lodges and restaurants along the way were also very well organised!
Highlights were the chimpanzee and gorilla treks.
All questions before and during the trip were answered promptly.
I would definitely recommend Kaizer!

They made every effort to organize everything to the highest satisfaction and were extremely helpful
Our experience with Kaizer Gorillas Tours and Travel was absolutely fantastic! They organized our trip to Mgahinga National Park with the climb of Mt. Sabinyo, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The adventurous drive to our accommodation was handled perfectly by our guide, who made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. On the return, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned — we visited Lake Bunyonyi, enjoyed a wonderful private boat ride, and took a relaxing walk by the lakeshore. The coordination with other guides was seamless, and every detail was arranged to our complete satisfaction. We also took an excellent excursion to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed by the professionalism, reliability, and kindness of the team — and we will definitely book with Kaizer Gorillas again!

Incredible Experience and Value
I went on this tour just through word of mouth with a group of 8, for 8 days.
Thomas’s tour and my experience with him and Sunday was beyond exceptional. I am an extensive traveler, but have never been to Africa and did NO research. I actually felt a bit nervous going into it because of how “unprepared” I was. Im also a little bougie and was fully expecting to ROUGH it. So here’s my full breakdown:
+We saw EVERY animal!! Our group was so lucky - we saw lions, hippos, multiple leopards 🥹 absolutely life-changing experience from day one!!!
+every hour was accounted for. There was never wasted time and activities were all day. Optional if you didn’t want it, so interesting and one-of-kind if you did.
+We never “roughed” it. The hotels were unique and so nice - we found ourselves at times wishing we could stay longer.
+The food was always plentiful and delicious. It is heavily carb-based so keep that in mind. Lots of Ugali, potatoes, and banana.
+LOTS of driving on roads that are just entirely potholes. It can be totally exhausting. Keep in mind for elderly or people who can’t sit for long periods.
+ Thomas was always willing to stop for us ladies without complaint when we needed a bathroom break 🥹. Thomas, in general, NEVER complained and even the slightest complaint from us he DEALT with it. Total accountability and he wanted to make us happy!!
+The value for the money was insane..he wanted to make sure we had the best time and wow. I cannot explain how life-changing this experience was. It felt like a whole month in 8 days.
❗️I took a tour after this in Tanzania so I have one to compare - NOTHING like the tour with Thomas!! There was inconsistency with guides, no communication, lots of wasted time, horrible food, no care…and that was a “good” safari. So when I say you’re spoiled with Thomas and don’t take a risk, I really mean it.
Things to note:
-I did NOT research, plan, do anything 😅 So I did this tour totally in the dark
-I’ve traveled extensively but have never been to Africa
-I’ve never done a safari before but it was on my bucket list (so I had high expectations!)
-I didn’t know the girls before going on the trip, but By the end of it, we were all best friends
-I always felt safe and taken care of. We were all women and it was such a blast!!
🙌🏽Overall I’d do this trip again 10000%. I left with life changing experiences I’ll never forget, people who have become family, and memories I love.
Thank you Thomas and Sunday for the experience!!

Caring, considerate, flexible and extremely knowledgeable about Uganda!
I did an 8 day safari and gorilla trekking experience with Kaizer Gorilla Tours and it was one of the best experiences! Thomas and his team took exceptional care of all of us from pick up to drop off. They were incredibly kind, patient and flexible as we navigated the activities for each day, while ensuring we were enjoying every minute of our experience. The gorilla trekking is something I will never forget. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a safe and unforgettable experience in Uganda.

Thomas, Sunday and their team gave us an incredible experience in Uganda, and everything with a smil
Long story short- This team made me fall in love with Uganda. The itinerary Thomas and team created for us over 9 days was packed with wildlife, activities and community experiences. Its not just about seeing stuff but its about learning about the country the language the tribes and the challenges people face here. This was all encompassing experience, that left us wanting more. We became a family of friends (mukwanos) and I'll always remember this experience
