Amazing way to discover Uganda
An Amazing Way to Discover Uganda 🇺🇬 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our Ugandan adventure with Giant Holiday Safari was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Everything was well planned and organised, while still giving us the feeling that we were able to simply enjoy the journey.
Jimmy was fantastic throughout the planning process. He was always helpful, responsive and professional, and made sure all the arrangements were taken care of before we even arrived in Uganda.
We were also very lucky to have Moses as our guide. He was kind, reliable and had an incredible eye for wildlife. During our game drives, he seemed to spot animals that we would never have noticed ourselves! One of the highlights was seeing a leopard in Queen Elizabeth National Park, along with elephants, hippos and many other animals.
Every part of the itinerary had something special to offer. The Bigodi Swamp tour was a lovely introduction to the trip, the Kazinga Channel was full of wildlife, and the gorilla trekking was simply extraordinary — an experience that is difficult to put into words.
We also really enjoyed the lodges along the way, particularly Enshama Lodge, where waking up to elephants near our room was an unforgettable moment, and Rwakobo Lodge, which we loved.
If we had to choose one part that was less impressive, it would probably be Lake Mburo compared with the other parks we visited. Nevertheless, the walking safari was enjoyable and we still had some great wildlife sightings.
A useful thing to know when planning your trip is that you can request a different type of safari vehicle. If you have a particular preference, just ask Giant Holiday Safari and they can let you know the options and any additional cost.
All in all, this was a fantastic trip and Giant Holiday Safari played a big part in making it so memorable. We felt well looked after throughout the journey and would have no hesitation recommending them.

An Unforgettable Ugandan Adventure with Giant Holiday Safari
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Giant Holiday Safari organising our trip to Uganda. From the very beginning to the end, everything was handled with great professionalism, care and attention to detail.
A special thank you to Jimmy, who was amazing throughout the whole process. He took care of all the bookings and the pre-trip organisation, was always helpful and made us feel confident that everything was under control. The trip was very well organised, and we truly felt looked after.
Our guide Moses was fantastic. He was extremely reliable, knowledgeable and incredibly good at spotting animals during the game drives! Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see a leopard in Queen Elizabeth National Park, as well as so many other animals. He really contributed to making the safari special.
We enjoyed every part of the adventure: chimpanzee tracking and the Bigodi Swamp tour, Queen Elizabeth National Park and the incredible Kazinga Channel, the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience, and our time in Lake Mburo. The lodges were generally excellent, with Enshama Lodge and Rwakobo Lodge being particular highlights for us. Seeing elephants right outside our bedroom at Enshama was an unforgettable experience!
Gorilla trekking was absolutely incredible and one of those experiences we will never forget. It was genuinely emotional — I even cried! ❤️
Lake Mburo was a little less impressive compared with the other parks, but we still enjoyed the walking safari and managed to spot many animals. The boat ride was not quite as good as we had hoped, but once again Moses was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.
One small piece of feedback is that it would be helpful to know when booking that different types of safari vehicles can be requested. If you have a preference, simply ask Giant Holiday Safari and they can check the available options and any difference in price.
Overall, our experience with Giant Holiday Safari has been excellent, and we would absolutely recommend them!

We were extremely well looked after.
Everything was exceptionally easy from the booking right through to airport drop off at the end. Our guide was very welcoming, on time and ensured as we travelled through to our trek he provided as much detail as he could about the places we were travelling through. The places we stayed at were also very comfortable and the meals provided very nice.

Wonderful encounter with animals
An extraordinary experience with the gorillas in Bwindi, a safari that allowed us to visit both parks in a short amount of time.
Both lodges were very nice and comfortable.

They made my Trip to an excellent expirience. I'am totally setisfied
Since the first contact we found a base to work on. Jim, the owner understood exactly what I meant when I was telling him its my childhood dream to see the Gorillas and now I amm 60 . So he prepared and organized that unforgettable trip for me based on seeing the Gorillas.
Everything was working well, even when the car broke down. We got it changed within 2 hours in the middle of nowhere. At that point also many thanks to Arnold my driver and organizer on the spot .

15 wonderful days in uganda
We made a 15 days wonderful tour in Uganda with Giant Holiday Safaris. Experience with them was great, Jimmy helped us since from beginning on the preparation of tour and communication with him was great. Country is wonderful and people is welcoming. Our guide Arnold was with us for all the tour, and he was a competent and nice company

A unique trip to Uganda
A unique trip through the beautiful nature of Uganda. With many highlights, the gorilla trekking visit was one of the most fascinating one! The trip could not be as complete as it was if Jimmy was not a professional local Tour Operator.
