An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Sereland Africa Safaris
I honestly don’t have enough words to describe this experience. It was definitely one of the most incredible things we have ever experienced.
What made it even more magical was our guide, John Boma. Without John, our safari simply wouldn’t have been the same. He took care of everything to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire safari and that we had everything we needed.
He was extremely careful and professional, especially when driving off-road, and incredibly attentive to the animals we were most interested in seeing. Whenever we mentioned a particular animal we wanted to see, he would do his best to find them and give us the opportunity to see them.
Beyond the safari itself, John was also incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered every question and curiosity we had about Tanzania. We learned so much from him along the way, which made the experience even more special.
The picnic was also one of the highlights of the experience. Everything was very thoughtfully prepared, from the selection of the food to the way it was served. The team was extremely attentive, and we never felt hungry throughout the entire safari.
The safari vehicle was also very well equipped, with a table at the front, binoculars, a dedicated space for water, and a cooler stocked with water, Coca-Cola and other drinks. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
If we ever come back for another safari, there would be no question about choosing John from Sereland Africa Safaris as our guide again.

Amazing 6-day Safari in Tanzania
we booked our safari in Tanzania with Sereland and it was the experience of a lifetime. Everything was incredibly well organised, from the transfers to the safari itself. one of the absolute highlights was our safari guide, Baraka. If you are booking with Sereland, ask for him! Baraka is incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and I honestly don’t think I have ever met anyone who knows so much about animals, their behaviour, the landscape, and where to find them. We learned so much during the safari, also about birds and plants! He has a fantastic sense of humour, is extremely polite, and patient.
the sightings were unbelievable. We saw the Big Five, the Ugly Five, and what felt like all the cast of The Lion King, all incredibly close! We saw cheetahs and leopards from less than three metres away, watched a family of lions together, and experienced the wildebeest migration. At one point Baraka had to drive VERY fast during the game drive so we could catch the migration in time, and even then I felt completely safe AND we got to see it!
We loved Tanzania, and the unforgettable safari, and we know, a huge part of that was thanks to Baraka. If you are travelling with Sereland, I highly recommend him as your guide. You will not regret it. In Safari's, I learnt, who is your driver matters! :)

Reliable, responsive, overall good service
We did a 10-day safari with Sereland in Amboseli, Tarangeri and Serengeti. Rama and Mike took very good care of us throughout the trip.
Rama was an excellent and very experienced driver who knew the routes extremely well. He was also humorous and very knowledgeable about the animals, which made the game drives enjoyable and informative. We felt safe with him navigating on the bumpy road.
We originally booked the trip as a private group of four, but unfortunately, two members were unable to come due to family issues. Mike was patient and helpful in working with the accommodations to waive most of the cancellation fees, except for one hotel covering two nights, which we appreciated.
The revised pricing was one area we were less satisfied with. After the group changed from four people to two, the per-person cost increased significantly, mainly because the vehicle expense and service fees that had originally been shared among four people were now split between only two people.
We understood and accepted that those shared costs would effectively double on a per-person basis. However, after comparing the revised price with comparable two-person safari packages in the market, our final price was still roughly 11% above the market level. On top of that, we also had to absorb the cancellation charges for 2 nights.
Most of the hotels recommended by Mike were decent, with Amani as the only exception.
Overall, I would rate the service 9/10. Our main suggestion would be to improve the daily planning and routing so that more game drives take place in the early morning or late afternoon, when there is a better chance of seeing animal activity. On some days, we finished around 3–4 PM, and we felt the schedule could have been better optimized to make fuller use of the late afternoon. This may also require a better plan for the location of hotels.
Overall, we had a very good experience and appreciated the care and support from both Rama and Mike.

Wisest choice! From the people, structure offered and price.
We are a party of four. Myself, sister, mom and dad. Parents 70+ years old. Our experience couldn’t be any better! Since the first contact through WhatsApp until the very last day. Our safari was in Kenya and Tanzania. The cars were great; the hotels really good choices and Sereland’s staff was excellent. Special thanks to Essay that made this amazing family trip happen and to Gilbert, our guide in Tanzania, that worked so hard to find every single gorgeous animal or place in the wild to show us. And also explain their habits and behaviors.
We strongly recommend Sereland and once we come back they will be our safari company for sure.

Perfect Safari
I organised my safari with Sereland and everything was perfect! I personally chose the two-day safari – one day in the Serengeti and the other in Ngorongoro – and I couldn’t have made a better choice, because despite the limited time we had available, it was just the right combination that allowed us to see all the animals! The whole Sereland team were fantastic! Right from the start, they helped me through every stage of the booking process and organised everything perfectly… I was really excited about this safari and they more than lived up to my expectations… and our guide, Mr Baraka, was wonderful too! My wish was to see the big cats, and he made that come true in full… he was an exceptional guide, very professional but, above all, very kind and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this tour operator wholeheartedly for all the support they provide and the passion they put into making your dream!

Fantastic operator and guide for a very special trip
A once in a lifetime trip and a fantastic way of celebrating our honeymoon. From start to finish Sereland were excellent. Mike and his team are there to help you with the booking process and planning for your trip - they made sure the trip was tailored to us and that we had no worries. Our guide, Bernard, was fantastic - he made the safari for us. He is very knowledgable, about the routes and all of the animals, the wildlife and very experienced. He made a real difference to our trip - a fantastic guide and a very nice man! We would highly recommend a safari with Sereland!
