An Exceptional Guide Who Made Our South African Journey Truly Memorable!
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Faldie Van Wyk for being such an outstanding tour guide throughout our South African adventure.
Faldie is more than just a tour guide; he is a true ambassador of South Africa. His professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for his country made our entire experience incredibly memorable. What particularly impressed us was his extensive knowledge and the way he shared fascinating insights into South Africa’s history, culture, heritage, wildlife, geography, and everyday life. He didn’t simply take us to places; he helped us understand and appreciate the stories behind them.
His ability to explain things in an engaging and interesting manner made every journey worthwhile. Whether we were exploring Cape Town, discovering the country’s beautiful landscapes, learning about its history, or experiencing its incredible wildlife, Faldie always had something insightful and interesting to share.

Africa Incoming is an experienced tour operations company, with good people.
We were a group of 4 and found Africa Incoming to be very reasonably priced for the excellent tour we went on - over 3 countries, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. The guides were excellent - well informed and helpful. The 3 safaris, boat cruises and Victoria Falls trips we went on were as outlined in the brochures and we had a truly beautiful, unforgettable experience over the 9 days. Lots of animals and unforgettable experiences. The African people that we met were all very helpful, happy and engaging. At all times, we felt safe and able to put our trust in the guides. Planning the trip was made easier by Nellie being very responsive to our email queries - responding the same day and clearly outlining what we could expect and what we needed to do. Our itinerary gave a day by day explanation of what we could expect and it was modified as our plans changed and events unfolded. For example, our flight details were changed by the airline - and Nellie arranged for the pick ups to be modified so we were all safely met and taken straight to our hotel - after couples arrived on different flights. There were also emergency telephone numbers if we needed them.

A Trip of a Lifetime — Wonderful Guides, Excellent Service, and Great Value!
My husband and I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Africa, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Africa Incoming!
Throughout our journey, we felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Everything was well organized, and we felt we received excellent value for our money.
A special shout-out to our wonderful guides! Fred in Kenya had incredible eagle eyes! 😂 He spotted wildlife that I could barely find even with my binoculars! He was also very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Kader in Cape Town was equally wonderful. Both guides were reliable, punctual, attentive, and always put our safety first. We truly appreciated their dedication and hard work.
We were also very happy with our accommodations. All the hotels, lodges, and resorts were good, but we especially loved the cozy, charming atmosphere of the lodges and guesthouses. Those places gave us some of our favorite memories.
One thing we learned is that Africa can be as expensive or as affordable as you choose to make it. You don’t have to spend a fortune to have an incredible experience. We felt our trip offered a wonderful balance of comfort, adventure, and value.
Beyond the breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife, what touched us most was the friendliness of the people we met. As hardworking people ourselves, we can truly relate to and appreciate the effort that goes into making visitors feel welcome.
We returned home with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for Africa and its people.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this agency to my worst enemies!
An agency that takes absolutely no responsibility for anything and provides appalling customer service.
We booked a 10-day tour with this agency. A person travelling with me was struck on the head by the driver while retrieving his suitcase from the car. It was an accident, and the driver immediately admitted responsibility, but after speaking with the agency, he changed his version of events.
We filed a police report and submitted formal complaints to several tourism regulatory authorities.
My friend suffered a head wound measuring 6 cm in length and 1 cm in depth, which required stitches. As a result, we missed our flight and had to pay for additional accommodation.
Not only did the agency refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever, but they didn't even show the slightest concern for his well-being.
Their behaviour was absolutely disgraceful, and we intend to take legal action with the support of the Embassy.

Excellent service with no hassles and a perfect driver cum guide
One of the best tourist service I have experienced till date in a foreign country. Everything was perfectly planned and executed by the Africa incoming team. No issues or last minute changes. Very responsive for any doubts.
Most favourite part was the vehicle they provided and even better was Mr. Faldie, our driver. A true gentleman and excellent knowledge about Africa and its culture. Very caring towards our family and especially kids. 5 star rating to everyone involved from Africa incoming in executing our trip

The Africa , we wanted to see & more
Kate & I, just completed an amazing tour of Southern Africa, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, & Namibia. The whole experience was incredibly enjoyable, from the breathtaking scenery and beautiful places to the wonderful atmosphere throughout the tour. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed every moment of it.
Cape Town is such a stunning & amazing city. Tayb our Cape Town Guide, made the experience even more special and memorable. Highly recommended! Huge Thumbs up.

INCREDIBLE SAFARI EXPERIENCE
Me, my partner and parents had the most incredible experience in Africa. It was perfectly planned, the speed, accomodation, game drives etc. We saw so much in a week and feel so grateful for the easy communication and service we received over the week. We spent most of our time with an amazing tour guide Prince in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. He went above and beyond for us and even made sure to check in on my partner and I after we left the tour as we spent a few extra days in Zimbabwe. He was so much fun, patient with us and taught us a lot along the long drives. Another note was a tour guide Nthato who spent the day with us from Johannesburg to Kruger and he was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a wonderful day. Thank you to all that helped planning behind the scenes, you did beautifully! Couldn’t recommend the company more!

Holiday of a lifetime courtesy of an amazing tour operator.
Africa Incoming were fantastic to deal with from planning the trip to taking us around. Super friendly staff who are so responsive to the needs of your group. We were a group of three couples who wanted to experience Johannesburg, Kruger and Cape Town and the itinerary was perfect.
The accommodations booked were great, the pick-ups and transfers were on time and friendly and the safari experience was truly amazing. We couldn't have wished for more, it was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Nelly has been an excellent tour operator and put together a fabulous tour including three safaris
We had a fabulous tour put together perfectly by Nelly. She took care of all logistics, always had a driver to meet us and at all times she took great care of us and was always ready to answer questions. She put a lot of thought into selecting the safari locations, booked the domestic flights and also some tours while we were in Cape Town and Joburg. Great communication from the initial inquiry until our final departure. Outstanding and also great value cost. Highly recommend Nelly.
