The tour operator was a friendly kind and nice person who was extremely helpful and funny.
Our experience was amazing. There was a total of 16 of us and he juggled the activities and responsibilities very well. Every activity we wanted to do was accommodated to and he even participated with us as well. He had a lot of patience and kindness and made our experience just that much more extraordinary.

We booked a 3 day luxury safari and 3 day Victoria falls experience. From exiting our plane a personal service was laid bare, transporting us into a carefully curated experience where no details were left unturned.
