Delivery Policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and services confirmed by way of e-mail (for example booking number / booking voucher etc and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable)
Bank Transfer Payments:
You can also pay us by direct bank transfer into our South African Bank account (also known as wire transfer, EFT or SWIFT transfer). If you pay into our South African account, you will be contracting with Open Road Tours CC, a closed corporation registered in South Africa and member of SATSA. For your financial protection and peace of mind we are fully covered by Financial Failure Insurance by SATSA’s bonding scheme in South Africa.
