Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour with us. By making a reservation and participating in any of our tours, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash (where applicable).
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation by the participant: If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
45 days or more prior to the tour start date: Deposit amount
44 to 30 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost
29 days or less prior to the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost
Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.
3. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. It is the participant's responsibility to obtain suitable insurance.
4. Health and Fitness:
Our tours may involve physical activities and require a reasonable level of fitness. Participants should inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate fully.
5. Itinerary Changes:
While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate itinerary changes. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
6. Travel Documents:
It is the participant's responsibility to have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate or incorrect documentation.
7. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of our guides and behave responsibly throughout the tour.
Any participant found engaging in illegal activities or behavior that compromises the safety and well-being of others may be asked to leave the tour with no refund.
8. Liability:
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, participation in our tours involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accidents, delays, or expenses caused by any factors beyond our control.
9. Photography and Promotion:
We may capture photographs and videos during our tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us the right to use such media for marketing and advertising without any compensation.
10. Data Protection:
Any personal information provided to us will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Governing Law:
