All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum deposit is required to confirm reservations, with the balance due prior to travel. Prices include accommodation, park fees, safari vehicle with driver/guide, and selected meals, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing; fees may apply depending on timing. Runway Tours & Safaris Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft during tours. Clients are responsible for travel insurance, visas, and vaccinations.
By booking with us, clients agree to follow local laws, park regulations, and instructions of guides. Any additional services requested outside the agreed itinerary may incur extra charges.
