Nathan African Safari – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all safaris, tours and related services offered by Nathan African Safari in Tanzania.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
Bookings made less than 30 days before departure require full payment.
2. Payment Methods
Bank transfer
Online payment or card (fees may apply)
Payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed
3. Cancellations & Refunds
60–31 days before tour: 75% refund
30–15 days before tour: 50% refund
14–0 days before tour / No-show: no refund
Bank/transaction charges are non-refundable
4. Changes & Amendments We will make every effort to accommodate requested changes but they are subject to availability and extra costs where applicable.
5. Safari Participation Clients are responsible for:
having valid passports, visas and vaccination documents
following the instructions of guides at all times
Nathan African Safari will not be liable for loss resulting from failure to comply.
6. Insurance All clients are strongly required to have valid travel and medical insurance covering:
trip cancellation
loss/damage of property
medical expenses & evacuation
7. Responsibilities & Liability We operate with licensed professional guides and reliable vehicles. However, we are not responsible for:
natural events (weather, wildlife behavior, park regulations)
delays, loss or damage arising from airline or transport issues
personal injury, illness or loss of property not caused by our negligence
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety, weather, or park authority regulations.
8. Complaints Any complaint should be reported immediately to the guide or office during the tour to allow us to resolve it promptly.
9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
