Terms and Conditions – NanoAfrica Safaris Company Ltd
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before safari departure. Late bookings (within 30 days of departure) require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 75% refund
Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Refunds do not apply to non-refundable park fees, accommodation costs, or flights already booked.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money. Transaction fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
4. Tour Inclusions
Tour price includes transport, accommodation, meals as specified, park entry fees, and guide services. It excludes visas, personal travel insurance, tips, alcohol, and items of a personal nature.
5. Health & Travel Insurance
Clients must arrange their own travel and medical insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested before tour commencement.
6. Liability Disclaimer
NanoAfrica Safaris is not liable for injuries, delays, loss of personal belongings, or changes caused by weather, wildlife behavior, government restrictions, or acts of nature. We will do our best to offer suitable alternatives where possible.
7. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road conditions, park closures, weather). All changes will prioritize safety and client satisfaction.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, and environmental rules. Any behavior causing disruption or danger may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Children Policy
Children are welcome on safaris, but age restrictions may apply for certain activities. Child rates apply for ages 3 to 11 sharing with adults.
10. Governing Law
All agreements shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
