Payment Terms:
Bookings made a month or more before date of travel - 70% down
payment is required upon confirmation to guarantee the booking. The
balance of payment can be settled nearer the time of travel.
Bookings made less than a month before date of travel require full
payment upon making booking.
Cancellation Policy:
For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 35 and 41 days
prior to noon on date of accommodation 30% (cancellation fee to apply) of
applicable rate per cancelled or reduced in.
For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 34 days and 9
days 40% (cancellation fee to apply) per bed night cancelled.
For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 9 days and
48hrs then 75% (cancellation fee to apply) per bed night cancelled.
Incase of cancellation for flying packages 50% of the total cost will
apply(applicable if cancelled in less than 8 days earlier)
Incase of any cancellations after 48 hours of noon on date of accommodation /
flying package or No-show, 100% (cancellation fee to apply) of net value of
booking
Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the
above cancellation charges.
Important Information:
Tour cost are based on all known costs and rates of exchange as at the 01st
January 2025, any significant changes beyond the control of Personalized Tours
and Safaris will be passed on to passengers.
Personalized Tours and Safaris also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to
local conditions. Personalized Tours and Safaris also retain the right to refuse any
person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person
causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers
