TERMS & CONDITIONS /2026/ PLEASE NOTE
1. Tour rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
2. E-toll charges are included in our rates.
3. Owing to the unpredictable nature of the petrol and diesel prices in South Africa, these rates are provisional and we reserve the right to change them without prior or written notice.
4. Should a tour be confirmed for a future date with a 50% deposit, we will honour the rate as quoted when booked.
5. Rates are valid until 31 December 2026 but subject to alteration without prior notice.
6. Our guides are English Other languages are available on request at a surcharge.
7. A trailer is available for excess luggage at a surcharge.
8. We reserve the right to use a sedan car for transfers of one to three people. Should a minibus be required for a transfer for one to three people we reserve the right to charge the rate used for five people.
9. All bookings (and specified vehicles) are subject to availability at time of reservation.
10. We reserve the right to arrange for passengers to be taken on by an associate company running the same or a similar tour, should circumstances require it.
11. Pick-up times as per the brochure are estimated times. A time
will be confirmed on reservation.
12. Routes, accommodation and visits to restaurants and sights are subject to change without prior notice if circumstances require it. The same standard of accommodation or restaurant will be sourced in the event of change.
13. While Ubuhle Be Narha Tours, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property.
14. Ubuhle Be Narha Tours carries passenger liability, but we strongly advise tourists/passengers to take out adequate travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage.
15. We strongly recommend that tourists take medication against malaria and Please visit a local pharmacy before visiting high risk areas.
16. All travel arrangements are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the service provider.
17. All bank charges and commissions are for the depositor’s account.
18. A 50% non-refundable deposit for all tours is payable on reservation and the balance is payable 3 weeks before. If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be determined as follows: If the cancellation is done
• at least 21 days prior to the start of the tour: 0% of the balance amount
• 20 – 14 days prior to the start of the tour: 25% of the balance amount
• 13 – 7 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% of the balance amount
• 6 – 3 days prior to the start of the tour: 75% of the balance amount
• less than 3 days prior to the start of the tour: 100% of the balance amount.
19. Our drivers are not allowed to exceed the speed limit in any VIP convoy or blue light brigade.
20. Should an attraction be closed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be, where possible, be substituted by an attraction in the same area.
21. Return transport to and from Pretoria / Johannesburg is included in the overnight packages
22. Although every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of going to print, Ubuhle Be Narha Tours cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
