Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
Rates & Inclusions
Quoted rates include only the services specified. Park fees, visas, tips, drinks, and personal expenses are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Changes to Itineraries
Cheneso Safaris reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or factors beyond our control.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of their trip.
Health & Safety
Guests participate in activities at their own risk and must follow all guide and park regulations.
Liability
Cheneso Safaris shall not be held responsible for delays, injuries, loss of property, or events caused by third parties or force majeure.
Park Rules & Conservation
All Zimbabwe Parks rules must be respected. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and may change due to park fee increases or government levies.
