Wild Journeys Rwanda
1. Changes to Itinerary
Wild Journeys Rwanda reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries, when necessary, due to weather conditions, park regulations, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we ensure alternative arrangements of equal value to maintain the quality and uniqueness of your safari experience.
2. Client Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documents required for entry into Rwanda and Uganda.
Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, park regulations, and guidance provided by guides or authorities during their safari.
3. Liability
Wild Journeys Rwanda acts as an intermediary between guests and independent service providers, including lodges, airlines, and transport operators. While we take every precaution to ensure a seamless safari, we are not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Force Majeure
Wild Journeys Rwanda shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, strikes, or government regulations.
5. Travel Insurance
All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. Travel insurance ensures peace of mind and protection against unforeseen events during your safari.
