Terms & Conditions – Wild Atlas Africa
1. Booking Confirmation
All tour bookings with Wild Atlas Africa are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is normally required to secure a booking.
For bookings with less than 21 days to the tour start date, a 100% deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
Wild Atlas Africa reserves the right to release or cancel a booking if the required deposit or balance payment is not received by the specified deadlines.
Deposits paid secure the itinerary and are considered non-refundable except where explicitly stated under special circumstances.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation, with cancellation charges applied as detailed below.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Wild Atlas Africa.
Because bookings involve non-refundable commitments to lodges, transport providers, guides, and park authorities, the following cancellation charges apply:

4. Amendments by the Client
Requests to modify a confirmed booking (dates, itinerary, or guest numbers) must be submitted in writing.
Wild Atlas Africa will attempt to accommodate reasonable changes; however:
Changes are subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply.
Some supplier fees may be non-refundable.
Major changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable cancellation fees.
