# Malrose Tours & Safaris – Terms & Conditions
## Booking & Payment
* A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received.
* Full payment must be made before the tour departure date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.
## Cancellation & Refund Policy
* **All payments made to Malrose Tours & Safaris are non-refundable.**
* If a guest cancels a booking for any reason, **no refund will be issued**, regardless of the cancellation date.
* Failure to arrive for the tour (no-show), arriving late, or leaving a tour early does not qualify for any refund.
* If a guest wishes to reschedule, this may be considered at the company's discretion and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
## Changes to Bookings
* Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
* Malrose Tours & Safaris reserves the right to amend itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
## Travel Documents
* Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates (where required), and any other necessary travel documents.
## Health & Safety
* Guests must inform Malrose Tours & Safaris of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility requirements before the tour begins.
* Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are expected to follow the instructions of guides and drivers at all times.
## Liability
* Malrose Tours & Safaris is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
* While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the company shall not be liable for delays, accidents, injuries, natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
## Travel Insurance
* Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, personal belongings, and evacuation is strongly recommended for all travelers.
## Guest Conduct
* Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, staff, wildlife, and local communities.
* Malrose Tours & Safaris reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, illegal, or abusive, without refund.
## Photography
* Malrose Tours & Safaris may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing before the tour.
## Acceptance of Terms
* By confirming a booking and making payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
