BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure applicable gorilla or chimpanzee trekking permits. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to availability and the cancellation and refund policies of the relevant authorities.
Accommodation, transportation and activities will be provided as stated in the confirmed itinerary. Changes may be made when necessary due to availability, weather, road conditions, park regulations or other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any required travel documents.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred, including permits, accommodation and transportation.
By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
