Wildlife Trekking Tours Ltd – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the client receives confirmation from Wildlife Trekking Tours Ltd and the required deposit has been received.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the arrival date, as agreed in the booking confirmation.
3. Prices and Inclusions
Tour prices are based on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation category and services agreed upon at the time of booking. Inclusions and exclusions will be specified in the individual tour quotation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients should notify Wildlife Trekking Tours Ltd in writing if they need to cancel a booking. Any applicable cancellation charges and refunds will depend on the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking and any non-refundable payments made to third-party suppliers.
5. Changes to Itineraries
Wildlife Trekking Tours Ltd will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed itinerary. Changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, park regulations, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be discussed with clients where possible.
6. Accommodation and Transportation
Accommodation and transportation will be arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and selected service level. Any requested upgrades or additional services may incur extra charges.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, obtaining appropriate visas and vaccinations where required, arranging suitable travel insurance and following the instructions of their guide and the rules of national parks and other destinations.
8. Wildlife and Safety
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Travelers must follow their guide's safety instructions and respect wildlife, local communities and conservation rules.
9. Force Majeure
Wildlife Trekking Tours Ltd is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We will communicate with affected clients and make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable itinerary, quoted price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and these conditions.
