Excellent customer service, to make it the best holiday ever!
What an amazing holiday we've just had in South Africa, we all agreed that it was our best ever - high praise! I spent a lot of time last year researching this trip & went with East Cape Tours in the end as they were offering a tailor-made package at the right price. It wasn't exactly what we wanted at first but Shannon then Jolene worked with me to adjust it, & it was just perfect in the end. 4 nights in Cape Town with day excursions, then a week along the Garden Route with overnight stops (the Turbine Boutique hotel in Knysna is to die for!), ending up at Shamwari Game Reserve for 3 nights. We definitely saved the best until last!! I'm sure I drove Jolene mad with emails beforehand but it was all worth it in the end. Thank you so much, plus to Ebrahim our very patient tour guide in Cape Town who was superb. We didn't want to leave so I'm sure we'll be back again soon. Thank you.

Great service
We dealt with Denise for our reservation to Amakhala Game reserve and she was very good in her communication.
Amakhala Game reserve is beautiful , with service with a big smile , great safari drives ,passionate guides who go out of their way to make sure you spot as many of the animals , food catered to your diet , lovely rooms , cleanliness.
As it has just 4 tents , you can be sure you have a personal touch from the moment you Check in.
Great palce for a safari & relaxed holiday.

Wonderful service!!!
As first-time travellers to South Africa, we needed all the guidance and recommendations we could get. Jolene was very helpful throughout the entire process and helped us plan the perfect itinerary for our trip. She was very patient with questions and very accommodating to our needs (we had a lot of requests!). She never gave no for an answer :). Once in South Africa, our itinerary developed perfectly as planned: from guides, to timings, to tours and activities, everything followed the highest standard of quality and professionalism. We had one activity that was cancelled and Jolene helped us get a full refund. I would definitely recommend ECTours and will make sure to contact them when I come back. Everything turned out perfect
We are almost one month back home, but I would like to thank Denise for the great arrangement at Kwantu private game reserve.
Everything was booked very short handed during our trip through ZA. Denise was very helpful and we emailed every time I had wifi access on our way from J'burg to Cape Town. So it took us a couple of days to arrange everything. Eventually the entire stay worked out great. We had a very warm welcome at the resort and the game drives were awesome. Our ranger was great too. We were able to see lions and elephants from a very short distance. So I will definitely recommend East Cape Tours to our friends.

Fantastic Service
Just returned from a 5 day trip to AM Lodge in the Kruger National Park, arranged by Jolene at East Cape Tours, she has been brilliant in looking after all our arrangements, which we never made easy for her.
As a company incentive trip Jolene has looked after all of our wishes and requests and even helped sort out a Soweto tour as we had a 10 hour wait to return home. Even when we had an internal flight cancellation due to bad weather, she immediately arranged for an overland transfer to take us to our lodge.
Hope to return again next year with even more of our staff and would not hesitate to use you again.
