Reliable and service-minded as well as flexible.
We have taken different groups, youth and grown ups, on a 2 and 3 weeks trips to Kenya and used Elida Tours in most cases for the last 20 years. We are happy with the service and find the price reasonable. Elida Tours has also been flexible in bookings and so on if changes have been necessary. Always on time and expectations fulfilled from arrival at the airport until taking the group back at the time of departure.

Elida Tours has a variety of different tour options. I took a 3 1/2 tour (Masai Mara and Naivasha). It was good. But if you travel only as one person (like single) you pay a lot. Also they place you without asking into a costly hotel. I would have liked a hostel or easy hotel. So it would be able to be cheaper. But in general I have to say it was good. Driver has really good knowdledge where were are, about the animals, some facts etc. I enjoyed the time. Also he drove mostly safe (at least not like some other Kenyan drivers). I felt safe.
Also the boss / CEO cares well about his clients.

Reliable, educated and focused on safety
Many years, since 2009, we have used Elida Tours & Travels. I have been a tour leader for students as well as travels on my own.
They have nice and practical cars, educated and attentive drivers and safari guides. Always I have experiences that they have focused on safety regarding the driving, the equipment and mentality.
Elida is a family driven company, so you will find them flexible and easy to keep in touch with. It’s not only about the safaris, but also airport pick-up, city transports and valuable advices about do’s and dont’s.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them next time and that’s why it’s also easy to recommend this company.
David is a friendly, trustworthy, professional driver. I use him every time I go to Kenya.
David is my preferred airport pick-up from JKIA and also for moving around Nairobi. He is reliable, friendly and flexible.

A flexible operator, willing to deliver and adjust to our desires
Elida was recommended by our colleagues, and having to arrange details of the tour from abroad was no problem (with WhatsApp). They were willing to adjust to our specific demands, and we ended with a very enjoyable tour, mixing van, walking and riding safaris. Cost was as high as expected, with as few as possible extra to pay. While elephant and rhino were elusive, we had the opportunity to watch four lionesses hunting (but failing). Walking among zebras, gnous and velvet monkeys was a great experience, too!
