Help with iinerary and organisation of 26 day self drive tour of Zimbabwe and Botswana
First time to Africa and self driving through Zimbabwe and Botswana was more of a challenge than the 5 of us really expected. It all went well, a proper adventure - thanks to help from Ngati Travel. They went beyond what I would have expected from a Travel Agent. they provided support while allowing us to remain independent.

Well done, guys!
Nyati (especially Terence Mutsvanga) thank you very much for organizing our trip. With your help we had a great possibility to see the 'other' Zimbabwe with its advantages, problems, future challenges and very nice people.
Thank you for your professionalism, reliability and easiness in getting into contact.
Our driver (John Chiringa) had also met our expectations in relation to high professionalism, safety driving, as a guide and a very nice person.
It was a great vacation we will never forget.
All the best and good luck.

Well organized compact ( 7 days) self drive road trip from Harare to Masvingo, Matopo Hills, Hwange wildlife ending at Vicfalls giving a perfect insight of the highlights of Zimbabwe.
Car is personally delivered and picked-up. All details were documented. Lodges/guesthouses were excellent.

professional, efficient and responsive, all round travel agency
I had already previously arranged car hire and hotel bookings through Nyati but this time I asked them to organize a much more extensive trip at relatively short notice. They did an excellent job and provided me with a number of options of which we could chose. Because of their transparent pricing system I knew I was getting value for money.
During the trip they touched base several times to ask me how things were going and this gave us a very comfortable feeling.
Meanwhile I have refered several others from my organisation to Nyati and they were all satisfied with the service provided.
Strongly recommended

Victoria Falls and Chobe - all in three days thanks to Nyati Travel & Tours
We are very pleased that we booked our first trip to Victoria Falls through Nyati. Thanks to Tour Consultant Terence Mutsvanga we had an excellent and packed schedule. With just three days and two nights we managed to do:
- a full day at Chobe National Park in Botswana - fantastic safari, especially in the morning from a river boat
- dinner at the Boma - very touristy but loads of fun with drums and dancing, great food - even for vegetarians
- a tour of the falls - breathtaking
- sunset cruise on the Zambezi - relaxing
- bungyjump off the Vic Falls bridge - indescribable
We also booked our AirZim flight tickets and accommodation via Nyati which was convenient.
The local company Nyati used in Vic Falls is called WildHorizons and their service was excellent. All guides and transfers were great. As Scandinavians staying in Harare, we are used to be kept waiting at times. But WildHorizons were always right on time.
I wold recommend anyone who plans to visit Victoria Falls to book their stay via Nyati.

Well organized busy working holiday
Nyati organized for us, a Dutch group of eight, four Rotarians and their spouses, a busy working holiday of eleven days. A primary school near Macheke was the original goal of our visit. After the third donation to the school we decided to visit the school. Friendly Bronte Hotel was our base in Harare. After a city tour through Harare, friendly Niaty driver Crinias, drove us safely to the school. After a stay of two nights near the school we went via Murewa, where we visited the Districts Inspector of Education, back to Harare. After that our real holiday started. Flying to the Victoria Falls. The falls were gorgeous. The stay in the near Vic Falls Safari lodge is recommended. From there we went by private bus to the Botswanian border and stayed three nights in Kubu lodge. A relaxed place, from where we made two game drives and one boat cruise into the Chobe National Park. Chobe National Park near Kasane is fantastic and can compete for instance with the well known game parks in Kenya. Our trip was well organized by Nyati

Zimbabwe is worth to visit more than once
Twice I've traveled in Zimbabwe with strong support of Nyati Travel. The vast landscapes and national parks are great, in the rural villages you will experience an authentic African atmosphere, and the people are extremely friendly. Like no other Nyati Travel knows the country, and as nobody else Nyati's mixed Dutch/Zimbabwean management (André, Goof and Elisabeth) knows to make a connection between what Western tourists expect and what Zimbabwe has to offer. Zimbabwe has not yet been discovered (and affected) by mass tourism. Even in the touristic highlights (Matopos, Eastern Highlands, Chimanimani, Zimbabwe ruins, Hwange, Victoria Falls) it is quiet. After two visits for sure I will go to Zimbabwe for a third time.
Enjoyable and Informative City Tour
Did a city tour during a layover at Harare, pickup and dropoff from the airport was easily accommodated and the tour itself was exactly what we were looking for, both enjoyable and informative. Communication leading up was quick and everything was efficiently arranged. Guide was knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. Thanks!
