Uhuru Travel Brings you at the heart of the Wild Africa
The tour started from Arusha. Mr Loy met us in front of the hotel and after a short briefing we left, very early in the morning, by car, a huge 4by4 driven by the best driver we have ever known: Abraham. He brings us for a couple of thousands kms from lake manyara passing through ngorongoro, serengeti, lake ndutu, tarangire back to Arusha again. Everything was simply perfect, no other words I can use. Than mr Loy met us at the Arusha airport and stayed with us until the check-in. We arrived in Zanzibar in two Hours. There a taxi send by Abdallah, brings us to the jambiani whitesand boungalows, a very nice and comfortable resort really on the beach. We than met Abdallah in Stone Town, at the headquarter of Uhuru Travel. He is a very good and gentle boy. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Uhuru Travel.

Nice tour ... but appalling customer service
I must say, I am really disappointing by Uhuru.
The good organisation upfront promised a great adventure, but instead we got an old uncomfortable car that had to go to repairs 3 (!!) times during our tour. And it rained through the roof and I couldn't open my window. All in all not ruining a tour, as the game drives were fantastic and the hotels really nice. But as we reached out after the tour to give our feedback, the reaction was that we were accused to have made things up. Unbelievable!!!

so beautiful
It was a very good time in Mikumi national park, the driver/ Guide, called Davis, was a spezial man, he knows all about the Park and the animals. We saw soooooo much animals and at the end 5 lions, that was great! The Tan Swiss Longe was nice, good food and a nice bungalow. Only the lunch box from them wasn't so good...
We had a very nice safari and we would book again ...with the driver Davis

3 days / 2 nights Mikumi - great first safari with Uhuru Travel & Tours
This was our very first safari. Mikumi NP and Uhuru Travel & Tours turned both out to be good choices for this purpose. We slightly modified the itinerary without having to pay extra for it - pick up at a city center hotel and drop off at the airport in time for our international flight back home. Mikumi NP offered everything we expected to see. One afternoon and one full day game drive provided enough time to explore the park.

Not what expected for 1600 USD/person.
Six nights in Serengeti. First night in Impala Hotel in Arusha was awful. We did'nt have electricity in the room and in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Never accept Impala Hotel ! Tour and guide itself was good. The standard was not what was promised. Luxory tented camp was far from luxory tent. I have been in a luxory tent as well. Arrangements in Arusha at the end of the tour were poor. 1600 USD price/person is far too high compared with the standard.

Great service and experience - from pickup in Dar to drop-off three days later. Our guide and driver Davies was very knowing and nice; can be recommended.
Professional
We had an excellent experience. Our driver was kind, knowledgable, and punctual. The safari experience with him was amazing... He took us very close to animals yet we always felt safe. Our accommodations had to be changed due to a local land dispute and the agency handled the matter professionally with little inconvenience for us. We recommend this tour group.

Excellent Safari to Mikuni National Park
We are VERY satisfied with the trip to Mikumi National Park and Angalia Luxuary Tented Camp. Our driver and guide Nestor was excellent, He was kind, positive, supportive, drove very well, and was very clever to find animals eg Lions ( we saw 15 in Three Days!), showed a great knowledge etc, We will especially recommend him for trips!
The Angalia Luxuary Tent Camp was also superb! A wonderful Place, very comfortale, good food and service.... Angalia can really be recommended!

The service and attention was perfect arranged. All pick-ups, meeting points were exact on time.
The team of Uhuru did a good job. We travelled with whole family and did book for the first time with a local travel organisation. Then you need to wait what your get. Well everything went perfect. The total program made by Uhuru Abdallah was good and all the pick-ups transfers were made exact on time !!
We stayed one week in Tanzania including 2.5 days safari in Mikumi park. The second week we stayed on Zanzibar
